I ‘m guess the cyber criminal Jonathan and his girlfriend the one in the navy and white shirt on the golf course today must have been a bit miffed.. by this evening my facebook account has been compromised and wouldn’t let me log into my account and i have received 3 calls with out caller id information. all three of them from a bully.

just want to mention that cyber criminals are still criminals and according to the congressmen who also made it a crime to falsify the caller id.. caller id act ( also see additional blogs…  including if someone alters the websites/ blogs i paid for and created… that is a violation of my  1st amendment right for freedom of speech these criminals should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

 So this entry is about a pair of shoes that my youngest sister gave me … this lovely pair of Stubbs and Wooten shoes.. absolutely love them… she  gave “me them a while ago.. for a present maybe a birthday or Christmas gift can’t remember….  what a great friend  and sister….  she knew me soooo well… knew my conservative style… my taste and my personality… i absolutely love them… i loved them sooo much that i saved them to wear… i actually only just started wearing them a few months ago.. and low and behold.. a few days ago.. around the same time that my credit cards and everything disappeared… from  my closet  … well low and behold one shoe now has this pretty serious hole in the sole.. not both shoes.. just the one shoe.. you would think that shoes when worn should wear out at the same time right? At least they did whenI was walking tons in Cap D’ail…. (when  I went to school in France..) so its a bit weird that just one shoe…. anyway… since the little criminal elves have messed with my hard drive and computer laptop..( luckily… I think we put a lo jack in it so should be able to track it … ) so my suggestion to the little criminals …

As for the destruction of my personal property….  the shoes themselves cost approx. $349.00… I will have to contact them and see about repairs… since they create individual designs for shoes.. i”m hoping they can also fix what some idiot…. girl broke..

So this morning I was checking on my emails… and….. I received this notice that  I had unsubscribe   from getting posts  from Joel Olsteen ministries… which of course was a shock to me… especially since I had just called and talked with  a representative about an order of the “GRACE” series that I gave a donation  to order in early November… the woman I spoke with was really rude( very uncharacteristic of any of the  representatives from  Joel Olsteen ministry…and come to think of it she told me that the only way I could actually get the CD’s I ordered was to have her cancel it( the order of Grace)  and have it go through her account????? now that does not  sound right at all..

the confirmation code was given to me adn it was supposed to be shipped out with in a few days…
the address in my account is correct….. what happened??
 
 

.So you would think that  a gift is a nice thing… right? and it should be… something thoughtful.. meant to brighten your day...at least that is what i tried  to do… especially to/ or for the people you love…  but i think you  should be wary of some gifts… especially when you need to know the motivation behind them…  take for example the facial i was given  as a gift… the one in Marco island… the one where Gerards girls questioned me …. then I had to take off my diamond ear rings.. and my diamond cross…. boy was I sooo naive and stupid …. and trusting… damn i was too trusting… well too trusting to be around a bunch of scummy con artists …..anyway…. big mistake.. also  the gift he was going to give me… of having my car detailed… and instead went into my home..with all my keys still attached to my key ring…..  

so here is another very bizarre incidence… and hopefully someone can figure out why it happened.. i was given a facial for a merle norman facial in Fort Myers at the bell tower… ( it of course is not in business anymore… .)  and the thing about facials… you normally  close your eyes when you are having them done… you purse is not on you… and usually you take off your jewelry… right?  even with a locker which if i remember correctly both these places didn’t have a locker or at least they didn’t offer me one to use…. i keep trying to think back to all that has happened and how it could have possibly taken place.. and how to prevent it from ever happening to me or anyone else again….. 

but i  have another bizarre twist… i was given a facial that was nothing  like a facial i had ever had…… ever….. and i have had some really great facials… of course i highly recommend the ritz carlton spa in Naples….)  first they put this guaze on my face then painted this plaster paris like substance on my face….and i just  sat there…  well i did put my hands in the gloves to have a paraffin treatment…..  does anyone know if you can get a persons fingerprint impression off of the parifin treatment? because at that time i needed to use my hand print…. fingerprints actually  to get into my safe deposit box … at the bank….  because i know that items were missing form my safe deposit box at one point in time… of course anyone i spoke to told me the items would “show up eventually”…… and i stupidly listened and didn’t file any police reports… at  that time… 

o.k. back to the facial I called Meryl Norman corporate when i found out that the bell tower store was closed..to ask about he facials… they said that each store even though  a franchise was independently operated and they may have made modifications from the original facials but having gauze then layer painted on and left to dry to an almost mask like consistency…. that most of the people i spoke with had never heard of such a procedure…. … one woman told me about this four layer facial where layers of products are  put on and allowed to dry .. but i went on line to see it… the u tube video of it… and they don’t put on gauze first ..( and not medical gauze).. the gauze that  was placed on my face was different… .

I did more google searches for masks… for making masks and low and behold you can actually make a plaster paris  form for a mask and then make an actual mask from this other substance that you can paint to  look like skin…. in the video they were making masks for movies.. and for Halloween… i wonder how actual life like you could get one of those masks???and then for what purpose??????

I guess 3 business… some money from  refinancing… a car or two… cleaning out bank accounts.. stealing an identity… would that be worth all of that trouble? would it be close enough to me… to a real life person that any relative or friend wouldn’t be able to tell?

Guess if they hasn’t really seen me in 7 years….

the freak( gerard)  also asked me a lot of questions  about my family and my dad… about  whether i would  be great to him.. take care of him…  gosh I hope he and his criminal group of scum haven’ t really ruined my entire family life he had threatened to do……

another time  when i went to a doctor for a chest x-ray…. the doctor thought i had had breast implants… then not had them out then had them in ……… weird conversation… since i have never had breast implants ever…..but we can discuss what i believe to be some serious medical scams that they used me for…. or my identity… or whatever… UGG

So this is puzzling…. I wrote to my friends on Face book December 16th 2010…. to get addresses both email or actual physical addresses to so i can send out x-mas cards…. or x-mas emails.. I was thrilled to get replies…. but when i went to send them… ( I created a great x-mas card and newsletter to send via email…. ) but 13 out of 48 address came back undeliverable… and the reason was that they were all not legitimate email addresses…. how can that be?????…. of course i go immediately to thinking…… how did someone interfere with my face book account??????….  did someone hack in and change  a letter or address… or  are these people  i have been sharing my life….. my thoughts my trials and tribulations.. my hopes and dreams… not my legitimate friends?…  anyone have an answer??????and if they haven’t been my real genuine friends…  wht is their motivation….. and do they know about Lori Drew and the case of the Cyber bulling????? that impersonating another person though a computer generated account…when she did it to commit harm…. actually that is what she was prosecuted for…. i believe she should have also been culpable  of murder…. but someday… maybe just someday justice will prevail….right?

So when going through some other  items… i realized many other items stolen and not yet returned… like i had 3 back  briefcases …. actually one was an official briefcase.. the other two where more for traveling with shoes..and one has been missing for years…..then of course items like  sunglasses…. Scott’s daughter threw one pair my “maui jims”  into  gulf… so that pair i know what happened… but a couple great and really nice pairs….. ” disappeared”…. I know i didn’t lose them… or misplace them… they were either on top of my head… or around my neck……

Also another weird thing… i once went to an eye doctor… and he told me i had this stigma tissue…... so i went out and got a really cool great pair of glasses… with the prescription… he told me i needed… then i started to get these terrible headaches…and they went away when i stopped wearing  my glasses… and my eyesight was fine… of course i was only in my 20’s then..

so…. all these lies…. and deceptions… and crimes… and cons… and cheating people out of everything… is this group of con-artists… so ingrained in one group…. in one  town that …. what??? one slimy con artist or criminal  practically owns a town????? or like that Murphy’s town…. (that was in that article) there was actually a town of con artists… but i cant believe that this place is like that… or has always been like that… i think that  if you meet the wrong people.. and they manipulate your ways of communicating with anyone who is not one of “them”… then you are stuck with all the scum… instead of meeting or having  a great life where hopes and dreams do come true.. without anyone being hurt.. without anyone lying to you or cheating you or harming you… to get what hey want… UGG

  what if for the last 7 years that idiot had just manipulated every person i have met or talked to…. what the hell would or could ever be the purpose?… what kind of a psycho freak or group of frauds and freaks… are here?????? 

So,  I mentioned before  that I was speaking with Virgin Mobil representative about the phone problems… the continuous calls from a bogus caller id.. the— 112392872294……Intellius…couldn’t do a check because the amount of numbers on the caller id for this  bogus number were wrong….. so when I was discussing the problem with someone who was supposed to be from the service department of virgin Mobil..
I was told by the representative…can’t remember if he said if he was  from the Philippines..or from Nicaragua…...but he told me to call..( 908-607-4119)…..  so i did an Intellius call check on the number and these are the results:

I honestly  wouldn’t think that a corporate office would  not do something like that… would you? So in conclusion… I think that the number I was given was wrong… and was not to a corporate office but to another criminal…. who would then tell me that no noting was wrong with my phone.. or would try to gleen more information from me… so more criminal activity could continue…..

oh what a tangled web they do conceive….when they practice to deceive…( i know i took a little liberty changing the words… but deception and lying and cheating and stealing… manipulating for their own benefit… absolutely criminal…  I hate criminals…)Hurry up congressmen….. lets get these and all criminals who manipulate and harm and promote fraud…over the phone..lets put them in JAIL!

So very excited about speaking with a wonderful representative from Intellis this evening..Her name is Dana and she was wonderful…she was able to allow me to print reports form lat year and from this year!!! I can’t wait to take all this new information to to the police… especially since all the information I had stored in a paper file and now locked up….mysteriously disappeared… its always amazing to me when I have a file folder labeled with the information that should be inside written on the outside… labeled and ready to input into a data file on my computer….or send in an email…to the police..or even after I have written about it in this blog.. somehow .. a few of the papers/from folders have disappeared …  you can actually  still see the staples marks.. as if they had been torn out of the file… no hiding the fact that there had been something in the file…at one point in time… now it is gone… stolen .. i guess the little stinky criminals think that if they steal the proof that they were stealing.. then they can continue to steal?  or what? that if there is no information … that they can try to say I imagined it?… or that … it didn’t happen… that has been the most frustrating… when someone is telling you something you know to be true… and to make sure they don’t get caught for committing a crime they try to tell you that it just didn’t happen….  it must be just  as frustrating as trying to prove a rape without DNA evidence…. right?   It is my word against a person who makes their  living from  stealing and lying  and cheating people out of a great and wonderful life… but wait .. I am getting off track…. the point i was or am trying to make……

I mentioned telephone problems and telephone problems when it came to theft o babysitting jobs…. anyway…. last year right about this time of year in fact my mom called me to tell me of a babysitting job… it was for a few nights and i think it was to be between $400-$1000.00 for the entire time of the sitting…. my mom had spoken to the people and it was scheduled  and she discussed the prices and the client had discussed what would be expected of the sitter and what would be expected as far as payment… parking… and all the specific details for the sitter… a done deal….

Because of the loss of this job I could only get my family and  friends  the little guardian angel boxes for Christmas last year( i mentioned them in www.mygingerbreadman.com)… I had hoped to be able to get my niece something really great!

At least I gave my sister a ring she had me keep for her for safe keeping…( it is beautiful… this sapphire ring with diamonds all around it… it actually looks like the ring that Prince William gave to Kate Middleton…honest it really does!….I took it right off my hand and gave it to her for Christmas…. ( don’t know why she said “Score”… but I think she liked having it back…and since I didn’t  have the extra money….I had hoped for because of girls stealing jobs..so this time it was absolute proof though the cell phone records that foul play was at hand…

I also wanted to mention another job that was by a woman Karen Hale also form bay colony… when my mother had eh job set up the woman said i had babysat for her the year before and wanted a new sitter… i checked my records and that job was canceled…I never ever sat for this woman… so perhaps someone else went in my place…ie stole a job. the woman was dissatisfied and there they go again… ruining a reputation…. when i did nothing wrong… and  actually did nothing..never even met the woman… unless Karen Hale is Karen Kahel…. the bully but then that is another infraction of the law althogether….

 When asked how the phone situation has affected my life… I started to think of all the many ways  that my life was affected… I used to say these were or are the worst years of my life.. want  to amend that statement and say that there have been some of the worst experiences of my life have occurred.  

So I thought it might be more descriptive in telling what my life goals were… and what I was not allowed to achieve or accomplish during these years where people where allowed to lie to me, to steal from me, to manipulate my life, to use me,  and to selfishly be able to  harm my life.
