My name is Mary Jean Ziska and I just switched over my phone number 239-287-2294 from Metro PCS on September 02Nd 2010. I went to check my minutes on September 10th 2010 and found 248 minutes were said to have been used. I went on line and at first couldn’t access my account. Following that incident (when my pin wouldn’t access my account), I found that in the 9 days I had the phone service there were many calls to
( 11239-287-2294) on my account.

Since my phone number is (239-287-2294) I questioned whether or not those calls were from my number or to my number. Upon investigating further, I realized that on ( 02/10/2010) I did not even turn on my phone until after 7 pm and the print out of the phone calls claimed that I had made phone calls:

I did not use the phone until 7pm and definatly did not make those 11239-2872294 telephone calls to my self! On numerous days calls to (11239-287-2294)this telephone number ranged from 1-12 calls in a day! On September 10th 2010 alone, a total of 7 fraudulent calls were said to be made from/to my telephone.


This fraudulent misuse of my account has cost me thousands of dollars in revenue as I used this phone number as my work phone over the course of 2009-2010! I am Assistant Director of A Tender Loving Care Service. It is a babysitting service run and scheduled primiarily through the phone. I called the police ( from my my other phone 561- 594-5921. and a police sargent called me back. After speaking with the police I called your help line which directed me to three different people:


1st spoke with:

Arnal ( id number 1301434) then

2nd spoke with:

Shinne ( id number: 82410) then

3rd spoke with:

Lenn ( id number: 56552)

She said she was the manager/supervisor of the department and would be able the help. Lenn said she would block the number 112392872294 and would erase all the phone calls made so far since most of them were incorrect.


I called ( September 11th 2010) checking everything and did not see where the phone number was blocked. I tried to block the number myself and it would not block. The reason stated by the automated email service was for that 112392872294 was not a legitimate or valid number. I also see that calls were not erased but bonus minutes were added to make up for all the fraudulent calls made and that a credit of 248 minutes were added as bonus minutes. Is that the same thing as promised by Lenn? In a way it is good that she didn’t erase those phone calls from the official record as I plan on pressing charges and having the people responsible for this criminal activity and illegal and fraudulent misuse of my cell phone arrested or charged with all criminal charges that apply. I had the woman Lynn check and verify that the serial number on the phone is the same as the serial number of the phone in my possession but am still under the assumption that something is wrong. She was supposed to call me after 10-15 minutes on the cell phone in question last evening after talking on the phone with her until 1 or 2 am trying to resolve this situation. I NEVER received a call and upon checking the calls there was also a call to #611 which I never made!


I do believe the same criminal element is involved in many of the unfortunant events in my life since 2003 as I met one con artist Gerard Ahler and one vicious bully Karen Kahel. What they and their criminal associates have done to my life, my business and my personal connections to my friends and family is not only unforgivable but luckily criminally prosecutable!


I had this phone number with:

Sprint (account # 514-620-247 ) from May 18th 2009 until August 6th 2009.

Metro PCS from August 6th 2009- September 2nd 2010.

I changed to Virgin Mobil on September 2nd 2010.


The reason we changed from Sprint was due to bills that were unreasonable high. I tried to tell people then that something was amiss with the phone and the amount and duration of the calls made but now I can prove that calls to the phone number and with extreme dollar amounts were fraudulent. I believe it may be the same group of criminals/criminal element involved and would like to take them to court have them arrested or their crimes and put in jail/ punished for all their crimes.


I am trying to rectify this situation and not allow any more of the criminal behavior to go unpunished. I need your assantance in this matter and advice in how to rectify this situation. I was told by a really helpful represantive of sprint that an MSID code can be traced or needs to be changed for any cloned phones. Is there a way to track down the telephone number 11239-287-2294? Or to make sure that the phone number is correct on my actual phone? Is there a way to see if any clone phones have been created from any of the phone providers? Is there any additional information needed to verify that this criminal behavior has been going on with my same phone number? As I mentioned before, I have used this phone number for my business and use it for many of the business contacts, and jobs for my company. Direct phone calls concerning jobs are our major source of income and by diverting the phone calls the perpretrator has cost me and my company 2 years worth of business! Because we have exlusive contract with the Waldorf Astoria and work with many other 4-5 star hotels in the area this criminal activity has cost my business thousands and thousands of dollars!


Please contact me via email (whatabtmary@yahoo.com ) or registered letter as I need to know what procedure to take so as not to only make sure I have the correct phone with the correct phone number but also to begin to gather evidence to put these people in jail.

July 27th 2012 @10:03am called police again.. somene calling from my mothers phone wants to sell my car… and her silverware…more like steal it


Please help, I have been contacting your sheriff and police department for ten years concerning  a criminal element that has been  that has been stealing  for my family and from myself.   Last weekend I got a fraudulent phone call from one of my mom’s renters Wess ( lives in the middle apartment and drives a gold Nissan I believe) who need the pass codes to  use my mother’s internet service. The call was at 11pm and woke me up.  This past week I have had horrid bully calls from my mother’s phone line listed as her caller id… of 239-598-1515 and 239-821-5515.  These bully girls are going  through my mom’s possessions and  telling me they are going to sell  her silver which my mom would  never do… and her rugs and her hand carved wood wood furniture… I think they are just stealing the possessions to  fill up some other residence…. .Please when you go to her home today ( I just called dispatch at 9:44am) that you don’t let them take out anything form my mom’s home.


 


I just got rid of a roommate who stole a thousand dollars from me.. and who’s probation office is audry  della the convicted felon is named Farzad Khosravi from Iran. ( he was convicted of drug dealing so so audry told me) and I’m worried his criminal friends  would be  trying to pull some type of scam like this.. they are criminal at the core of who they are…  or it could be gerard ahler… who also is a criminal from Brooklyn new York… I have been trying to protect myself and my family but these criminal groups are too well organized  and  steal lie and cheat everyone for anything…


 


Selling off the items she wanted for me and my sisters…  she would never do. ….. no matter what…. The person said I need money for my home  will before closed… but this is not how my mother or family  would go about  getting money….. This morning I got a call that this person  wanted information on my car to sell! The last email I received had Arabic writing on it about selling my Mercedes…  This  is something my mom not only doesn’t own but would not try to sell  or at least tak to me


 


Karen kahel and her bully friends from Ohio state have retaliated in the  past when II have told authorities of her bulling or trespassing … an of her  having sex with  some  guy who was not her husband . while I was babysitting her three month old son  and she lived in carlton lakes.


 


 This bulling actually started again  on my birthday when this person  who (  was supposed to be my mother) and didn’t know how to eat at the ritz… told me she/he wanted me to take over a section of my mom’s business… then  told me they wanted to basically do it illegally… not pay taxes… and got mad at me when I told her that my mom would nto run a business that way…   but something Gerard Ahler  ( who is this proclaimed mafia thug) wanted to do… Help… it has to be the same criminals  and the same  stealing criminal ways   I cannot stop this you are the only ones who can…. They have ruined my life.. my identity and my credit they have stolen from me… this is ridiculious…. And criminal and something needs to be done …..

there was something a little odd about my birthday this year. When I got home from working all morning with Rita and Carl, I showered, dressed, put on makeup was ready to go to the movies with my mom having to go out to dinner with my mom. In between getting ready. I tried calling her with my magic jack. I was unable to reach her on her home telephone number, I didn’t think that much of it, but she was supposed to be waiting for my call so she could come over. We discuss options. A few times earlier in the week when I would call what time I would call that number I would call and I thought we had decided I would call once I was home and almost finished getting ready so that she wouldn’t have to wait around if I was showering or putting on makeup, and I thought I was supposed to call her at her home number. She was originally going to be at her home around 1 PM to 2 PM I was running just a little bit late so I probably reached her closer to 2 PM. She’s told me she still needed to pick up my cake and would be at my home around 230 and to make sure that her name was at the gate. I was actually a bit relieved since I was still trying to get ready and didn’t want to be rushed or feel stressed on my birthday. I also really wanted to look nice. I bought a new dress from Saks with money. My dad had sent me for my birthday. I was so looking forward to spending time with someone who loved me and like me on my birthday. I mean, someone who really loved me, and like to me on my birthday! I mean, someone who really loved me.


I eventually reach her on her cell phone instead of her home phone and she arrived approximately 2 3245. The movie started at 235 is already were running up that late. I had original I had previously purchased tickets to the movie and also make sure to get a gift certificate for my mom. So she wouldn’t have to spend too much money on my dinner at the Ritz. Antarctica are the gift certificate I have to rip receipts for the movie tickets with me when we were arrived at the movie theater that a sitting way in the back with plenty of legroom and since we are late. We sat in the front and had to move chairs a few times because of people a dirty root one of the seats. I spoke with the manager to see if we could actually stay and watch the beginning of the movie when the second movie would start and he said that would be all right. So we got to visit just a little bit in between movies. The movie we went to go see with the InTouch balls was a French film with subtitles about a man who was hired by billionaire to take care of him. I like that and I think I would like it even more if I’d had had the opportunity see the movie from beginning to end in one sitting. New line. Here’s what was weird on the cell phone when I was talking to my mother. She was mentioning Vivian one of the babysitters and Debbie think she meant my cousin Debbie but I’m not sure there may be a babysitter named Debbie as well. I’m not sure why both of those people came up on my birthday as I was really hoping to just spend time with my mother and originally even hope that I get to spend my birthday with my sister who shared a birthday with me.


At my home. It was a bit different than I had anticipated, I had someone in my home, who decided it was a perfect opportunity to remark about the problem with me locking up everything before leaving my home. This was strange, since first off it was my birthday and you would think that whoever wanted to actually spend my birthday with me would want to be nice to me on my birthday. Second point: that mime mother actually knows the entire history from the days when I could live carefree free of any type of criminal activity that ruined my life free before my identity was stolen my possessions were stolen my jobs and careers were stolen. Instead, this person decided on my birthday was an opportune time to try to make me look and feel bad about locking up everything before I left my house. I had earlier that day or the day before. Gone to the police station to make sure, since there were too many people who knew I would be gone for movie for dinner after work at my home would almost be empty for most of the day those are the type of situations when the criminals have preyed upon me and my life and my home to use for their own benefit.


The person in my home. I think was trying to get me upset or trying to make me cry and from that point on it various that point and the end of the day, I could definitely say was not like spending any time with my mother. Any member of my family or any friend I’ve ever had in my entire life. When my mother who knows the history of Gerard Oehler and the people who’ve broken and entered into my house and the items that I cherish that were stolen. I was really, really looking forward to my birthday to being at the Ritz and for making great memories with my mother.


What I’m about to say is even more weird at dinner time. My mother who was a constant reminder of etiquette and manners, ethics, morals and religion forgot to say grace at dinner and then had quite a bit of problems trying to remove the meat off of the lamb shank. I remember in the past when I was young, always asking my mother how to do this how to do that, especially during meals for dinners at restaurants.


A conversation was very quiet. Not just because of live music but I honestly don’t think there were memories to share with this person. What is even more weird, we went outside. You know the wraparound lanai with the sofas and chairs on the Ritz first floor. Well it was still light outside. So we sat for a little while and I thought this was when we could really talk. But all this person wanted to do was talk to me about business, there was an offer put on the table that I run the Marco Island area for business and babysitting and the assistant director of a tender loving care service and it worked two years without a paycheck to make sure my mom’s business was on track. I constructed concentrated on marketing websites, creating documents, forms, orientation materials assisted in creating and implementing exclusive sitting service for one of the major hotels in Naples. And was well aware of the workings of a business, let alone my mother’s business survive helped her on and off since the implementation of her business in 1990. The prospect of Marco Island, and working with the hotels is an exciting prospect. However, this person Wanda talked to me about having one section separate from all the rest of the business but here’s where got very weird. I wasn’t supposed to use credit cards so could the money couldn’t be traced I needed to use her telephone number instead of mine and higher. The babysitters myself implement everything necessary for creating a business but I wasn’t allowed to use a business plan. I wasn’t allowed to use the materials I gained and researched while working for my mother for two years as far as advertising and keeping the information of the babysitting business. Very low-key as far as taxes and other necessary accounting practices. This woman and I had a very different view on what was necessary, what was ethical, and what was legitimate for running a business. Can’t say for certain that this person was acting more like someone who ran a business in a Third World country, but it sure seemed to go against the principles, ethics policies and procedures. My mother and I had discussed when working together on her business in Naples. For a moment. It almost seemed like Gerard Oehler or his group of people like his friend from Boston who told me about businesses that were stolen and run illegitimately for money laundering and for pure profit at the expense of legitimate businesses in the area. Another weird thing was the girl who is eavesdropping sitting to chairs over, she had brown hair in a ponytail. She was Caucasian shed a pink patterned dress with gold and white shoes chat actually looked very familiar almost like a person named Jenny that I actually babysat for a few times. Once at the end of Naples on fifth and one other time at her home. This person was very interested in my mother’s business and what was necessary to run such a business. I thought at the time should make a great partner for my mother’s business but I never had any notion she may have been gleaning information to start or run a competitive business. All I can remember of her was that her husband was in construction and she shall work for a dentist.


After being at the Ritz, we went by my and France condo on the beach and my mother was kind enough to take some pictures of me on the beach to remember the moment and my birthday. We then left to go to my condo and have cake and here is once again for the person acted nothing like my mother. An argument erupted where I actually had someone try to tell me they wanted to leave and let me have cake my birthday cake all by myself. I’m assuming this person was once again trying to make me cry just like they did before when they were at my condo and had to pick on me concerning the lock situation and trying to prevent criminals from entering and stealing from me.


I feel victorious in a way because I was able to divert the situation and for once the bully did not. When she could not jump up and down and say she made me cry. My birthday.


As you can tell there are bits and pieces of my birthday that I will remember forever. The tradition of going to the Ritz Carlton for dinner at the grill is one of my favorites times to spend with my mother and often times with one additional friend. Blowing a candle making a wish to get into at my home, but I was able to do at dinner makes me hope wishes and dreams still come true. As you may know, I love movies and silver spot as one of my favorite places to enjoy a great movie.


But I will also remember is that someone very focused on my mother’s business comes into my life for their own selfish intent and for that, trying to ruin a birthday, or any day, is completely acceptable. To this person has systematically tried to separate me not only for my mother and her business but from any success that my mother and our business should have. There will be a day of reckoning. Perhaps not till you don’t make it to heaven. But one day the people who lie, cheat and steal. There has to be a day when they are stopped.

Ripped sheets… wile felony Fred was here I put my sheets in the washer .. and they  came  out all ripped..  I think  it may  have been the “suitcase   zipper ripper”…. Did I tell you what the TSA guys at the airport told me?  …  that  these idiots break into suitcases… Even locked suitcases….   They slice open teh zipper with a knife tehn pull apart the zipper to get inside the suitcase….  Then zipand unzip the  zipper back and  youcant tell  that it has been tampered with .. until you find miss found this out when I had a pair of sliced suede tan pants…  and of course all the criminals  on the phone  or whoever wanted to protect these scummy disgusting  horrible scum…  would first try to discredit me… so authorities woulnt believe  that my pants weren’t ’t always ripped… which of course was a lie.. and proof that these we not my friends or family  that I was dealing with…  saying stupid things like… your pants wer probably always like that… No …. That is a lie… then that I just didn’t notice  that they were ripped sliced.. also a lie….….  or they could come up with some other horrid and obnoxious excuse for having sliced open my suitcase. For having stolen my property… or  for being just a low life pathetic excuse for a human being…. Ha… which I must admidt there is no excuse….


These people are scum… they lie just to lie.. they steal  because they have no morals and no values,, or ethics.. they  wil never be anything nobel or  honorable.. they will not be anyone I would ever want in mylife.. or my home.. sothey break and enter,.,, theyare pathetic “wanna bes”

I have not even started to discuss the ripped sheets… My theory is wile felony Fred lived here someone went into one of the suitcases as I described using a knife to slice open the zipper and in the process sliced open sheets of course these criminal scum believe they have a right to my possessions that are not damaged and take it upon themselves to steal lie and cheat me out of anything that not only I had or keep in good repair but anything they think they have a right to have for some reason these idiots think that it’s all right to steal from someone because they decide their needs supersede anyone else’s needs pretty criminal behavior don’t think?

So it is Saturday again…and my alarm to my home went off at 4:30am…. Ugg what criminal thugs and  low life scum are in town this weekend… last weekend when I was  out of my home, I came home and the bottom lock to my  garage door was unlocked and I know with absolute certaintany that I had locked all the locks..  I may over look if one inconsistancey happens.. but then when I went to put away my groceries… well, one of  the three locks I have to use  to stop the criminal scum from actually stealing food.. well one of the locks  wouldn’t open… not for any of the combinations… and I sat there for a few hours trying to get it open…. Then I had to just cut it off..    and when I looked realy carefully it looked like it had actually been glued shut… I was told by a couple I was working for that they were going to the cournty club for a dinner party.. and I wonder ..just wonder if the   I was supposed tot be kept busy.. kept out of the way…. Or just annoyed or made to get upset.. or if the assholes that  wer low life thugs.. were back.. I mentioned that I had to get my car jumped.. then that I had to have my garage door fixed… another weird thing that I rememberd about the guy who was fixing my garage.. well  when I asked for  the companies telephone number…   I swear he go t out his cell phone and took a picture of my garage… weird right? He had the phone held out vertically  right  in front of his face…. when he wa lookingfo the telephone number…usually when someone is searching for a telephone number then are looking down  at the numbers…


 


Also, last weekend… I had a late call that wa supposed to be form my mother..somewher around 11:30pm asking  me fo the new code forlogging onto th internet… ther was someone downstairs who neede to log on… so so I was told… but the voice wasn’t  exactly like my mother.. to high pitched…and to fast to be my mother calling after babysitting and soo late at night…


 


So I figured some of the criminal wer in town tfor the entire weekend.. and now with the alarm going off so early in the am.. they are back again… of cours I cant go to sleep and I ‘m gogn to notify the police as soon as I can to make sure that ther are no break ins.. and nothing missing…


Oh did I mention.. I went to makd some food .. this one  recipe that judy teetor todlme about ages agao.. with garlic and herbvs de provence.. anyway. About a cup of garlic was gone… of course when icalled to tell comeoen ..they thought I must have just forgotten that I used it… ‘what the hell??? Like I would use an entire cup of garic. For what???? I usually only use a few table spoons at most… and I just noticed it after the 


Dammit  I hate criminals….  


 


Another thin g I am worrie d about… I emailed the police about  allthe crime these scum bags have been able to commit.. thought my internet service… and through  my phone service….  And last night ihad someone who wanted to make sure I received an email…. Wanted tm eto chck immediately wheil she was oneth phne… can a hacker work that fast to get  passwords.. or account information?


I know  karne kahel and the rest of the ohio state scummm I mean alleged criminals.. oh hell they are down and out criminals…. Well anyway..theymay have been uspet sicn the emailiset to the police  mentioned her  and how her and her scummy criminals   imposter loving people get away with allsorts  crimes.   


Weni pray every day for her and her entire family..and therest of the criminals to end upin jail aor to die so they will never ever be able to harm anyone ever again.. I thought about the Colorado shooting and  that maybe ther is a  positive light soemwher in the darkness where criminal live… teha maybe  some of her relatives may have been the prople who wer killed so that they will  never be able to harm anyone again…  but I haven’t heard of any confirmation  of anyone  bad or her group of crimianslscumm  dying there… what a shame ….. the slime of the earth lives on.. the bulliesand trespassors… ar allowed to do whatever they want… while innocent peole die… just doesn’t seem  just …  why can the criminal scum actually  be stopped and stopped premenately… even in the “mean girls” move…  I thinkther is a bit of justice right?

He had the phone held out vertically  right  in front of his face…. when he wa lookingfo the telephone number…usually when someone is searching for a telephone number then are looking down  at the numbers…


 


Also, last weekend… I had a late call that wa supposed to be form my mother..somewher around 11:30pm asking  me fo the new code forlogging onto th internet… ther was someone downstairs who neede to log on… so so I was told… but the voice wasn’t  exactly like my mother.. to high pitched…and to fast to be my mother calling after babysitting and soo late at night…


 


So I figured some of the criminal wer in town tfor the entire weekend.. and now with the alarm going off so early in the am.. they are back again… of cours I cant go to sleep and I ‘m gogn to notify the police as soon as I can to make sure that ther are no break ins.. and nothing missing…


Oh did I mention.. I went to makd some food .. this one  recipe that judy teetor todlme about ages agao.. with garlic and herbvs de provence.. anyway. About a cup of garlic was gone… of course when icalled to tell comeoen ..they thought I must have just forgotten that I used it… ‘what the hell??? Like I would use an entire cup of garic. For what???? I usually only use a few table spoons at most… and I just noticed it after the

Another thin g I am worrie d about… I emailed the police about  allthe crime these scum bags have been able to commit.. thought my internet service… and through  my phone service….  And last night ihad someone who wanted to make sure I received an email…. Wanted tm eto chck immediately wheil she was oneth phne… can a hacker work that fast to get  passwords.. or account information?


I know  karne kahel and the rest of the ohio state scummm I mean alleged criminals.. oh hell they are down and out criminals…. Well anyway..theymay have been uspet sicn the emailiset to the police  mentioned her  and how her and her scummy criminals   imposter loving people get away with allsorts  crimes.   


Weni pray every day for her and her entire family..and therest of the criminals to end upin jail aor to die so they will never ever be able to harm anyone ever again.. I thought about the Colorado shooting and  that maybe ther is a  positive light soemwher in the darkness where criminal live… teha maybe  some of her relatives may have been the prople who wer killed so that they will  never be able to harm anyone again…  but I haven’t heard of any confirmation  of anyone  bad or her group of crimianslscumm  dying there… what a shame ….. the slime of the earth lives on.. the bulliesand trespassors… ar allowed to do whatever they want… while innocent peole die… just doesn’t seem  just …  why can the criminal scum actually  be stopped and stopped premenately… even in the “mean girls” move…  I thinkther is a bit of justice right?

I purchased a schummacher battery charger  february 03rd 2012 from advanced auto parts store # 05026.  Cost was $64.99 and i have a two year replacement if defective.

I was ill for a litle over a week where i stayed in bed and didnot use or move my car.  The battery was not working   when i went to  use it on July 20th 2012.     I had  bought the charger for such emergencies( as when felonly fred was living here … it happened a few times when i could not    leave my condo due to a dead battery.) hummm even when  i was using my car on a regular basis… it woudl change formhaving no problems.. to  certain problems  then  at times completely other problems… as if by majic… ha……. or criminal  activity…. you be the judge…. especially sicn ethe milage mgiht also change when the problems changed… and  ther ehas been a history of these types of  “problems happening  to my old mercedes… on a regular basis when  these crooks thought  i had a dad or boyfriend or husband who woudl foot the bill…. hummmm it jsut rings of scam..doesnt’t it…

I cannot say for certian that was a method employed to make sure i  “stayed put”    but  I have found that  freedom  seems to be dependent on  the ability  of a person to  have a working transportation… of having a legitimate and  “unhacked  internet and  phone servie.. actually any type of communication  that is working is necesary for freedom…. adn havingthe finances to be ble to  do  or go wher you want at any time that youwant…. when one or allof those  areas are compromised… well it seems to allow  others to be incharge of yoru freedoms….. when her ein ‘america… a woman is allowed to  be free… to go where she wantes.. to speak to whom ever she wants… and to 

anyway i got a bit off point.. the point of this blogpost  is that when i wen tot use my battery charger…. tha i had never used before… it did not work…  i tried to plug it into an outlet… by my car… no light.. tried to even plug in a light…  to make sure the outlet worked…  it worked…  
needless to say i ended up calling triple a ( AAA) at 1:00am…. having to run the  car for  an hour after  it was jumped… by vinny ( Dealers Choice complete car care … ) super nice, prompt and professionsl….  anyway… i noticed that even though the battery charger was supposed to be brand new adn was kept in a locked closet… yes i said locked…. it was pretty banged up for beign brand new… 
I’m sure it wasnt sold tome that way… so another example of a bunch of thieves… who witerh stel items or  switch them for  broken items.. Why???? other than being a bunch of criminal freaks who prey on anyone for anything,.. and having no morals  or values.. its  always such a violation to  not only find  when a personl item is missing.. or broken..or stolen…. but  even  teh  anticipation… knowing that  they have rpobably done soething to my life or my possessions… and i can’t go through every thing every day…. I cannot lock up everything every day….

Wait this does have a bit of a happy ending… I went to  auto zone who promptly exchanged the battery charger at no cost… so now ‘god forbid I ever have to use it..  I have one that is brand new… and works…  and will still be locked up just in case you know scummy criminals… it comes  from inside them… it is who they are… it is in their DNA  either they are  in the criminal families that teach this typof behavior… and ten they  go one and teach their young…to be scum just as they are taught… or they are just repulsive …… degenerates….  Jstu like bullies….  UCK…..

 I really need your help in dealing with bulling and harassing people on the  phone.  Is there any way you can detect spoofed phone numbers, and voice altered conversations?   I have been bullied and harassed by  a certain group of people for many years.  I have not been able to stop their hurtful and manipulative method of bulling harassing along with lying , cheating and stealing.  They  bully until I get upset or cry  and  continue to do so  without mercy.  They have identified themselves as family members  and at times they even sound like family members…  They have” fished” for information regarding my whereabouts,  my money situation, and even business opportunities.  Which ultimately has harmed  my life if I give this type of information out to the wrong people.  They have used my mother’s home phone number( 239-598-1515) and her cell (239-821-5515)


At times I have been able to detect a slight accent  and have then hung up the phone to stop any of the abuse. ….


  My identity was stolen in 2002 and from that point on my life has never been the same.  I believe there is an entire group or family that work together .. they find their “mark” whomever they believe is weakened.. whoever they believe is easy prey and they systematically ruin their lives.  I have had my credit which was almost perfect ruined,  had my personal possessions stolen, had additional credit cards, phone accounts and even my mortgage  duplicated and destroyed by these people.  I do  not know how to stop it… whenever I begin to trust that  people are safe to be around, they  hurt me or my life….my home or my possessions…. Most of  the manipulation is done through phone calls… it used to a majority was through  emails but I started posting  the  results of bulling phone calls on my website: www.mysearchforjustice.com  and the emails since they were in writing stopped.  The phone calls continue….  


Tonight for instance,  I was called names and the same bulling references that Karen Kahel used to bully me …. the exact terminology  was used again which made me think her and her  ohio state friends were in town for the weekend.   This girl has bullied me since I babysat for her son Grayson. He was 3 months old when she was  having sex with   some dark harried dark skinned guy in her local pool in Carlton lakes  right outside the window where I was babysitting during the day.  She was supposed to  be at 5th 3rd   bank working.  It  was while  I was babysitting her son in 2005.   I don’t believe her husband Todd who worked at fresh market knew what was going on .. but  I believe he found out after and when  I stopped working for her.   Since she used to run in to my complex( the strand ) and bully me telling people I had something wrong with me to discredit  my recollection   of her infidelities and her horrid  mothering skills.   Bulling and harassment  by her and her friends  caused me to have a nervous breakdown and this group of con-artist, criminals have never been stopped or punished.    


I was just working this past sat. and mistakenly told  a person on the phone ( who sounded like my mother) , when I would be gone from my  home….


When I returned, I found that the garage door into my home had one lock unlocked… and when I went into my home an additional lock  would not open  with  any combination I tried….. I  have learned to  lock up everything… and keep adding  additional locks each and  every time I find more and more missing items… like clothing, jewelry, personal date function pictures from college, and money…. To name but a few  some of the  items that are still missing.  


 


As the Police department and able to have new technology for identifying criminals… What can you do to help? My phone an do fcorse the emails are all through the internet…but they seem to be a few steps ahead of  being  caught.     There has to be a way to stop them before they  harm me or anyone else again…. HELP!

July 20th 2012 @ 4:50pm I finally called the police! sick of all the fraud commited by teh cybercrimes idiots… using my phone.. my cable… my idenity adn my life!

So by 4:19pm… i have had it… the three hours yesterday dealing  with teh alledged sears representatives…. and having nothign  done .. the man who camee out to fix teh garage..  also not in a sears uniform.. aslo with out any sears id or even business card form hiscompany…. teh estra parts that he took off my garage.. that i think may have been needed…. 
and then today tryingto contact judge murphy’s office… tryingot contact patrick weber.. or legal aid.. or even tryingto  get teh right information on the motion of continuance..  wome people wanted to call an extension..  and the  absolutley  confliicting inforamtion of what has been filed… what hasnt been received.. who needs to file anythingor who needs to   actually make sure these pdf’ documents are visible…  online… so that  i can makde sure that a response to the foreclosure suit  has been submitted….

I  hadvbe had enough.. after having to yell onteh phone when sometells me that they cannot hear me… then telling me to stop yelling at them….
havint g people lie aboutwhat actually needs to be submittedor what has been submitted.. and who teh hel was supposed to be responsible for the submission of any motions… or orders…

i wouldn tput it past these criminals.. to try ot latch onto anyon ethey considered weak… ie me since i have a guardian who is supposed to defend the foreclosre…. who is supposed to  assit in  clearng the title… ( also fron a bunch of crooks…) and who is supposed to get   money for the equity lineo fcridti on my home  for a settlement…. 
these crooks.. see a great condo… and see a person with limited rights… and they use their  abuse of the internet.. ther involvement of cybercrimes… to  basically steal  a condo… or stel inforamiton.. or steal  a busines… or gain informaiotn so they can seal real possessions… by breaking and entering …. 

adn it is notjsut one person.. it is a group….. and a group who has done this before.. must have lots of victims… and probably uses the same patterns to systematically  steal.. lie  cheat… and run lives and ruin families…..
