foreclosure email request legal assistance and MIRACLES!

Hi my name is Mary Jean Ziska. It is February 3, 2017. My foreclosure case is: 11- 2015-CA-0001170. I live in Naples Florida and have been fighting for my condo ownership since 2005 when I did a refinancing with Aegis. Ian Stein the broker asked me for a personal loan and I have been haunted by criminals and their crooked companies ever since. I never got any repayment of the loan and there was a Mers transfer and then David J Stern’s involvement including his attempt at foreclosing on my condo in 2008. The case was dismissed as he did not have the proper paperwork and at that time the involvement of a limited guardianship to help protect my property. The limited guardianship was set up with two areas of assistance: to defend lawsuits and to contract. I also had my identity stolen a few times and kept removing fraudulent accounts along with fraudulent mortgages from my credit report thinking that was enough to protect my home ownership.
On September 1st my condo was sold at public auction with the bank who foreclosed upon me buying it for $161,000.00. I was only notified about the sale and about the foreclosure case approx. 5 days before the sale. My limited guardian (currently Marion Gregory-my 79 year old mother) was told by the attorney whom she retained (Linda Yerger) that I was not to be informed of the proceedings. Linda Yerger also was hired and advised Marion to illegally create and submit (July 2014) a chapter 13 and chapter 7 bankruptcies behind my back and falsify documents as to classes and information necessary for procuring this bankruptcy. I don’t know if my contacting authorities concerning the bankruptcy made Linda advise Marion to violate my due process rights but violation upon violation has occurred over this entire process. I had never met Linda Yerger until a cross- hearing before Magistrate David Friedman when she official withdrew as counsel and attorney of record though in her comments she believed her job was done when she lost the case and my condo was put up for sale. She gave no further counsel as to a remedy to the sale (such as the 10 day period to buy back my condo and to submit an objection to the foreclosure sale). I filed paperwork pro se into a portal I created for Marion Gregory. I filed two objection to the foreclosure sale, two requests for documents ( that were ignored) an objection to the magistrate( that also seemed to be ignored as a cross hearing was set before the magistrate, an objection to the magistrate’s recommendations, a request for an extension (also ignored) and a motion for a continuance that was finally granted allowing me to obtain legal representation by a hearing date set for February 17th 2017 @ 3:00PM. I am in need of immediate counsel!
I have been doing research and also recently read CHAIN OF TITLE and as far as all the crooked companies on my land records, they are included in the book along with many news articles and lawsuits brought against them including: David J Stern, Ocwen, Option One, Christian Trust, 21st mortgage to name a few. I have even received a check from Litton Loan that was not listed no my land records for a foreclosure settlement that I am completely unaware was ever a part of my land records. In 2006 I paid either American home servicing or American home mortgage servicing company while I was still paying aegis aprox $10,000.00 in mortgage payment s for the month of May alone! I contacted the state attorney office and was assigned an ombudsman who contacted Ocwen concerning complaints filed with the State Attorneys office. Ocwen didn’t have any information on me or my address but is listed on my land records and is the crooked company who bought Litton loan . To make matters even more interesting I even found an article on the lawyers for 21st mortgage (the plaintiffs in my foreclosure case) who used to work for Ocwen …. (Quintarios, Prieto, Wood, and Boyer PA) the article mentioned they were caught “spoon feeding” their robo- witnesses in their foreclosure cases while working for OCWEN.
