So blog post for my search for justice.com concerning  the 
mystery of the missing laptops… but more importantly where the hell are
my laptops ?  these are the addresses
they are showing as where they are located…. :

On September 19^th 2012 at approx. 10pm I finally
rebooted and reformatted my laptop that was not working  the morning after I first installed the  tracking device into my laptops….

I went to bed with two laptops working and  with everything registering a tracking
device….

The next day I woke up to find that one  of the laptops was not working at all… and
that one device was registering a location of 489 street south ! as I wrote
before I ended up filing a police report and 
had a police officer come to my home…. To report this incident… I forgot
to add to the report that some thief actually still has my little address
books… and information from my external hard drive from 1999-2007… some items
still remain from 2003 but not many… I had the external hard drive almost
completely full…. I hate these thieves for that … really hate them for
that….  I hate them every minute of every
day more and more ….I hate them each and every moment …. For all they have
taken from me… for stealing the life I should have  had.. the life  I wanted … the moments I will never be able
to have again…  you imposter scum…… go
get your own life…. Quit stealing
mine!

I’m in tears this evening after going over  the mortgage situation again… and putting it
in writing… I actually saw the figures of money … actual money that was just
stolen from my mortgages alone not including actual cash, or jewelry, or
clothes, or businesses… or opportunities.. or anything …..and everything my
life could have been if I had never met the scum of the earth  the criminal 
assholes who I wish and pray every day would be put in jail or would die
so they can  never  do this to anyone ever again!   That
means you Karen kahel… and Mathew kahel… and 
gerard ahler and the martucc family and felony fred and your  sidekick criminal sidekick the fake yet
criminal  casey…. UGGG the list can go on
and on…. The babysitters who lied cheataed and stole.. the criminals on the
phone who lie steal and   I guess what
almost every person I have come into contact with  in the past ten years….   

My dad bought my condo for me in 1999 with northwest
mortgage for $132.000.00

Somehow it ended up going through wels fargo where then to
me through pelican capital ( first group of crooks) for $178.4000.00 

Difference from
1999-2004 of $46,400.00  

Then all hell breaks loose when two sets of mortgages are
being  sold and bought to anyone and
everyone…. Complete chaos ….  But if you
just take one set of mortgages…. Pelican capital is then sold to aegis for
$273,3000.00

Difference of
$95,100.00

Then from aegis  to
option one   mortgage  for a whopping $331,500.00 dollars

Difference of
$58,000.00

That makes a total of $ 199,500.00
dollars from 1999- 200? that someone  was able to really profit!   Since
i am driving my dead aunts sautrn…. 
Don’t have the  dream condo    furnishing….ie never go the plantation
shutters or granite countertops.. or even a new wardrobe.. or  other 
and am still typing on my 2003 laptop…..never got  to go back to France… or on some extended
vacation…. Put  a ton of money into a new
business venture… .. or anything I wanted…..still didn’t get that  MBA or any extended classes I wanted….  who the hell got all  the 
money?   

And this list doesn’t 
even include the residential funding of david j stern… and  the other list of mortgages that were on my
credit report! ….

Back to  the
laptops…..

I put a block on the laptop that gives a special message
to  the criminal scum that has my laptop
and if it was a newer version it would have taken a picture of the
culprit….  Alas … not a new laptop… so no
picture.. but it does have a tracking device and locks the computer from usage
by the criminal….

The basic message: 
this computer is being tracked… and please return… to police
station  for mary jean ziska… I also
wrote a nice personal note….. QUIT STEALING FROM ME! 

I wish I had installed this product into the Toshiba….. as I
now have a laptop  that doesn’t register
as me on Skype…. Or when I am online…. 
But  the sticker on the  back seems to have the same serial number…
however this laptop has already  cost me
two times it has not worked at all…. And an additional hard drive… can you
believe this?.. The  hard drives and not
even a year old? How is that possible unless there is some kind of  “tomfoolery” going on….  yep that is exactly what I think happened
again…  the criminal  scum again…. maybe the criminal imposter
scum  broke her or his laptop….. or
needed the  Microsoft office  I had installed… or the pictures I had downloaded..
or the documents I had . or the blog posts I had written, or  things I had written… or  my thoughts….what a pathetic “wanna be” right?.. yes this criminal scum is pathetic…. And has not stopped stealing my identity
and  I guess she is such a wanna  be…..you know crazy like “single white  female” movie …. She must actually want to be
me….to steal so much of my personal items…. And of course is a disgusting
criminal to actually steal And to keep stealing for the past ten years….. 

 I mean these scummy
criminal- thieves will steal anything…. I mean anything! To get anything for
free… to  lie and cheat and steal for
anything…. They will  use their little 5
finger scummy discount skills to steal anything of value….… a coupon … a gift
certificate…. Shoes, clothes, money, gift cards, jewelry, food clothing… phone
service and computer service…. yes they will steal anything and everything
nothing is to small for the scum to steal…  UGG…..

I made the mistake of telling felony Fred who didn’t have a
laptop at the time…. That staples was having a great sale..  and one day when  “suspiciously” the lap top was not working
and just had a black screen I would have to reboot and download everything
again … which would have stopped me for the entire day from using my laptop and
internet service…  laptop to speak to
anyone through my magic jack…  I went
into staples determined not to have an Iranian criminal idiot control who I
could or could not speak with.. who I could and could not contact….  And  so
I ended up getting the laptop ( seriously on sale at staples)  I had suggested to felony fred….

 Its weird… there is
this group of pathetic  criminal  scum who actually always seem to have this
way of  questioning mea and my life….. and
want to know if I have anything new.. Where did I get it..  sounds normal right? A friend wanting to know
where you got those shoes… or that information or what you said to whom…  but whenever these certain people ask me those
type of questions I have items stolen… broken or replaced with other broken
items….   Yes, 
they actually take the time and energy 
to replace  items I have kept in
great order and great condition with items that are broken or destroyed or
ripped.. or  basically left to be
replaced they are in such horrid condition

If you ever got to ask my real family .my entire life I took
really great care of my possessions…. It is just like I was always neat… and
always organized.. a quirk in my personality…my mom actually had a funny story
that I would play with my sisters presents on Christmas day after putting mine
carefully away … in my  own room so that
they would not  get broken…. I had items
I had kept for  years that never had even
the slightest tear in  them… until of
course I had to  meet and have my life
infiltrated by a bunch of criminals scum who systematically  steal break and ruin every part of my life….
I wish ever minute of every day I had never met the scum…. The criminals scum…
who seem to appear everywhere… and do their damage all the time…. And are never
caught…..

Now thinking back on the 
many times I had gone to sleep with working laptops… and clothes in  proper order.. and shoes that  fit and had no holes… and  if I happen to forget  to lock up 
anything  and everything….
Important or seemingly not important….  
And then to wake up or return home…. and to have it not working.. to
have holes in it…or to have to fix it…. To reformat..  to be missing 
items or receipts or  paperwork,
or missing items… you have no idea how 
psychologically  it messes with
your feeling of security, or safety and how much anxiety it brings to your
life….It s like this constant abuse…. That never stops….  And then to have it happen for ten years
without stopping…. Or more… I have been researching the  mortgage situation and  when I moved into here in 1999…. The criminal
scum may have started as early as when i first moved in….. most probably
unbeknownst to my  real dad… the man who
was honest, trustworthy , loving and kind… who was a true hero….. I think he
got conned  soon after we moved into the
condo  so that someone could  refinance and    they made $32,000.00 from that scam….

I wonder if that first con was when  alterations to my ip address may have
happened… and all the criminal scum were the 
imposter identity thieves on the 
phone….  Who manipulated and lied
and cheated and  scanned from me and my
family …..  and the reason that all the
laptops were showing the wrong ip address… and wrong physical address…. And the
controlling  criminal scum who  are the 
people fishing for personal information on  the phone…. And the devious l identity
thieves…..  who have been ruining my life
for at least  ten years….    When they had access to my mail box and to
my  credit card information enough access
to get a duplicate credit card that showed up on my credit report…

I was in tears  the
other day at the thought of how  much
money they have stolen from  me  in just mortgages…. I’m not just taking about
the fraudulent double mortgages that  I

According to the very first mortgage….. my condo should  have been 
paid off  by 2006…..  I could have 
gone back to school for interior design… or an MBA… could have decorated
my condo properly… and had my friends over to visit… had real conversation with
my real friends and family…. And built upon relationships I had started before
I moved in here….   Or before having some
criminal scum in my life….  That was a
lot of classes… and hobbies.. or 
business capital …. Even  a few
real vacations… to visit friends… or make wonderful memories…   I cry and get pissed…. And cry some
more…. 

I cry at having to replace the appliances that these scum
travelers or  gypsies  or thugs…  scum steal from  me to 
use in their construction jobs  or
for themselves…yes they have actually taken working items from my home I
actually have even  had the scum check
out the appliances when they pretended to come and visit…. Even had some of the
“criminal scum ”  talk under their breath
about not needing a new dryer but needing a washer????? Ye s that happened when
I had a handy man come to help with some items that had broken…. Shelves that
needed to be put up again….I try to play it off as  someone  
just talking to themselves…. You know…. Thought that just happen to come
out… not actual plots for  stealing
appliances….  or  something 
similar… and whatever they say always shocks me  beyond belief…… and looking at my appliances?????….
What the hell!

The same thing probably happened to  the 
now broken Toshiba laptop…. Two  hard
drives  shouldn’t go bad in less than a
year…. And having  to deal with  losing all my information… all over
again….   From the  esssays I write… to my thoughts.. to anything
I look up….   What a wanna be…..

I was talking about…..  complete
freak who wants to actually be the person they are torturing….. stealing
from….    Its as

yesterday evening and she thought I had already called her…in the early
morning… when  I had just plugged in my
phone…  and hadn’t  talked to anyone all day…. so  the freak even pretends to be me on the  phone….

I wonder how much money she has stolen from me  by conning my friends and family….  By conning the people who liked me or who
wanted to help me….  Who actually felt
sorry for me  due to the horrid
situations these criminals created… and kept creating to keep stealing….  And stealing….   Like in that movie about India.. what was it
called? … slum dog….. something…. Where they actually harmed children so when
they begged they would get more money…

But back to the laptop and the tracking device locator…. It
may be why I  had to pay that $300.00
bill I never had….    These two
locations… two identity thieves… two ways my 
emails are going to.. two ways my phone calls are being  answered… two 
ip addresses that are screwing with my entire way of communicating with
the “outside world”….   The same thing is
happening to my mom also… one  day I went
on skype and I had two addresses listed on my skype account for my mom…
and  I was able to call both of them….  And when i went online  it showed one of  the laptops was on line.. while the other was
at first off line then went online…  both
laptops on line under her name and contact information at the same time….
Impossible since she  also has just the
one laptop….  A duplicate laptop….
Scamming information… business 
contacts…. Stealing  always
stealing…. And it has to be the same group of scum…  

They can’t create anything…. Can’t  inspire anyone…. Can’t make lives better….
They will always be parasites…  and I can
tell you .. no matter how much they think they can destroy the evidence the
things I write…. the people I try to tell 
and  tell….   I will
never  forgive or forget ……and I  remember everything…..  forever…. And I will hate them and what they
have done every minute of every day for the rest of my life….

catch them… put them in jail…  do

condo dostribution: my condo in the strand golfing community located at 5632 Whisperwood Blvd. 1601  Naples, Florida 34110 to my  blood related DNA verified family my condo in Naples Florida.  I want to make sure that my  mother and my sister Mattie have a residence they can call their home and no one can take away from them. If both of them have  a residence  that is safe from foreclosure and they  want to stay  in their own home /and if an agreement can be made by all 4 remaining members of my family to sell the condo and split the proceeds equally. I went to look up the alias reprot and i have never used e
ziska as my alias… my dad was ej ziska…. but i have definately never used
“MERY”…  i dont even like to
use mary…. my name is mary jean ziska and iwant to always have my full name
on my credit reports and for any credit i receive!   to stop further identity thieving! my
identity was stolen in 2002…. and it is still a mess…

 so i wrote the police report online… and   had  called for a police  person to come  and  write up a report …. about the  missing info on the hard drive.. about the  missing pictures… … to prove to them that the pop up on my lap top showed my computer all the  way across town….. 

NORTON ANTI THEFT:

concern:     September  17^th 2012 @ 8:23pm

 sent two emails…. i
have been on the phone since 6:40.pm ..September 17th 2012 I called Norton live
services and talked to someone at 7:05 who then put me on hold until
7:25pm  in the Philippines… then as he
transferred me to India and I spoke to Rahav of course no id at 7:26 who
proceeded to not help me then put me on hold when I wanted to talk to his
supervisor…. Then he put  me in touch
with gowtham at &:41pm…. One  whole
hour with no help and  being transferred
to two countries…  my laptop is showing
across town…. And  no one will help me to
get it back.. and tell me why my service is not showing on the lap top sitting
right in front of me…. When  I
purchased  the service of anti theft I
downloaded it to two of my laps at the same time…  and now only one lap top is showing on my
account and it is showing all across town….

81.7948 and lat 26.14198998 the service has a total of three downloads for
three separate laptops…. I wanted help for finding  why  my
account changed…  to only one  lap top showing … and it showing up
downtown…. I actually think it is a house I was supposed to babysit for….  A guy in a yellow and black hummer.. that I
never sat for ..i got a call that it was cancelled… probably a lie and another
criminal… that isn’t  caught for
stealing….

with  rahav from India an no id….
Who   lied.. and said  threatened 
that if I got upset again… that 
he would disconnect the phone.. when I 
I said since he didn’t now anything 
about the anti theft product to please 
send me to  his supervisor….  

He put me on the 
phone with GOWTHAM at 7:41pm…. He also could not  help… and he hung up on me.. at 7:51pm

No help…. And I still have one en  laptop sitting in front of me that is
not  listed on my paid account… and
one  lap top that shows it is across
town…. What the hell?… and I need t   get
immediate help! Look hacker freak is bad news.. when I wen to log into my bog
account I couldn’t .. when  I tried to
access the one computer that should have been 
hear  and the second laptop on my
devices… it showed a black screen and would not 
go to windows…. and I an not access any of my  material on the laptop.. I cannot access the
new Microsoft office I bought or the anti theft device I bought or any of
the  free Norton downloads I bought….

I am trying to protect myself from someone trying  to steal my home.. to steal my identity to
steal my processions and  to steal my
intellectual property…. And  no one is
helping….

Who an I contact… and more 
importantly how the hell can I actually reach a person who knows

i called the police again after sergent mosbach’s blatent disregard  for assistance.. and the woman dispatcher who answered the phone said she will call  and have someone one  go to the location where my lap top is located and  then  send someone   here .. to my home to see if they can find out how the hell this could have happened ….

       When i called  spoke with  police officer Heaslip  who said  he would  send someone out 

then spoke with Sargent mosbach badge #532…..(NOT GOOD !)  who didn’t seem to understand the importance of actually going  to get the  lap top at the location  where it says it is…. must say he was eating and seem really disinterested in helping me….or locating the lap top with all my information on it…   the person on the phone who called me was not a good police officer if he really was one… the spoofed caller id cannot be identified….  snd  don’t think he wanted to come out in the  rain to catch the same people who have been violating my life and me for the past ten years….I am in tears… and  it doesn’t matter as long as the girl in zip code 34012…. royal harbor..(ish)  an get away with whatever she wants…. wonder if she is wearing my khaki cashmere sweater or my pearl earnings or spending the1000.00 also  stolen….from me…. .. .. but more like  hotel Naples bay resort.. or somewhere around there…  the address is:  489 9th street s.

worked on my computer until aprox 4:30am on Sept. 16th 2012 and went to bed
after emailing my lawyer putting posts in my blog. When i woke up this morning
I have nicknamed “whatabtmary” would not boot up and not got to
windows… this weekend i purchased from norton this anti- theft protection for
my computers… i went online with the other computer it said that my ocmputer
is located at last known location: of 489 9th street s Naples Fl. 34102 long
81.7948 and lat. 26.141998! i have not left my home in weeks… and i live at
5632 whisperwood blvd. in the strand..the compete other side of town…. it
said the reading for my lap top was at least 16 hours ago… i tried to update
the location thinking it was a mistake… bu it still came up the same
location… when i first signed up for the service i place two of the three
laptops I have… and just a few weeks ago this same thing happened to my
toshiba… i always thought i had bad luck with computers but now i have proof
that they are being taken from my home… and i am left with the mess of a
broken laptop to fix… or one without any of my information… this has been
happening for years( ten to be exact… where my identity , my personal items
and my life have been stolen and ruined…. … Please help at least now you
know where it is… i want all my original things back… check to see if they
have my pearl earnings… or the $1000.00 last stolen from my home… i feel
completely violated each and every time they get away with stealing from me…
