Dear Lisa, I don’t know if you remember me or not,  I knew you through Tina Dolwig and of course my sisters Maura Ziska  and Mattie Ziska.  I have a situation and was wondering if you could help.  I don’t even know where to begin,  I started a website and blog to document  many of the events that have basically ruined my life: www.mysearchforjustice.com  and as of a few days ago  I think I can add one more horrid experience to that list i had  a girl come up to my home telling me she had papers form a mortgage company i never had. Anyway its a mess and i was told by another trespassing stranger that my home is going up for auction next week… i am panic stricken and  have been told by some really mean people on my phone that no one will help me  and i have been crying for two days…. Sunday July 17th 2011 @7:23pm ( additional odd calls and wierd that i cant get through to different numbers …. two days two different numbers…. )

 So I  have had some odd occurrences dealing with phone calls…  i had tried to contact people at my church… st john’s catholic church the two days I was in tears.  When I put in the number  it would immediately go to  the caller id box without calling the number.. basically skipping the number… without  even  dialing it.. or letting it ring or anything… i was given an excuse that the church had been hit by lightening and the phones ere out…. ( i haven’t verified this fact yet or not… ) but when I went to  church today… it seemed to be in order as far as  there was ac. lights… and everything else seemed to be in order…   but when i got home after church… and after walking on he treadmill.. and breakfast.. i went to use the phone again.. and this  time the hotel that my friend scott renshaw said he might be staying.. well  the same thing happened.. the phone did not dial the number… it did not  ring…  and never got in  touch with anyone today through that number….  i gave him my number…. through the magic jack… and he was going to call… or come by.. but i never heard from  him…  I mean he could have been busy and that is no problem./no worries…

 i ‘m not worried about that…. 
  …. but ….. what i am worried about is that if the phone won’t dial certain numbers… will it only allow certain numbers to actually get through? or  even worse… will the calls  be rerouted(?)  ie phone hacking manuvor…. perhaps? … like the two  different answering  voice mail messages for her one number… ( one voice message has  only  one  business listed…… another voice message has four businesses  listed.)… Is that happening  to my number?  i don’t  believe a voice mail has been set up for this new(ish) number… to try to prevent any  accessing of my messages…. like the virgin Mobil number  with the tons of calls from a number that was only one number off my number… ( see other blog entries for more specifics on that horror….)     
I know this happened when i had once called Mr Dee a man I met at church … when  I was supposed to meet with him at his home to help him with his computer…. and  it also was on a phone  through the magic jack  bit with a totally different number….. 
what is also a bit weird is that Scott thought that I had told him another number when i had Skyped  him… so i am also wondering if the same hacker for the phone… can also hack and alter Skype conversations….  at times I know  when I was speaking to my mom.. her words didn’t line up with what she was saying… it looked like it was taped… could that be happening? and how easy would it be to change  the dialog when the conversations are  taped?     so maybe there could be a glitch when the voice and  picture don’t  match up… but when  completly different information is  transferred…. it is not just a glitch…. right? 
 or when you call a home phone number for someone in ill. this is another weird thing… i called someone Ill. to ask her to pray for a personal situation… and i talked to a person  who said they were in  new jersey…. how could that  happen?  

July 17th 2011 @7:22pm ( blog about switzerland… and odd conversations…)

so at my birthday dinner my mother and i were discussing  Switzerland… actually she said something to the effect that she had never been to Switzerland.. but i know she had…. i clearly remember being at a restaurant in Zurich and the bathroom had the first automatic water dispenser i had ever seen… I was young but I clearly remember… and I even remember when I was older coming back from boarding  school   with Kathy Young  with Robert Rigsby…. and a few other returning students… we  had a layover in Zurich  and there was even a possibility that we might have to stay over due to snow….   in fact i was pretty excited abut the prospect to use my gold  american express card for this “emergency” HA! but  to my dismay … the flight wasn’t delayed over night.. and we didn’t get to go skiing….oh well next lifetime…. 

and when i was in school in France my dad had written me a letter to stay and go skiing with him in Switzerland.. now i cant really ski. well ….. i only learned for a bit in boarding school and never really picked up a  liking for it… but  the point is that if our whole  family had been to Switzerland… and  there only so many   ways to go back and forth to and from  Saudi before they had direct flights  from Dhahran….   so i’m sure pan am or klm or one of those airlines must have gone through Switzerland….  
after speaking to my mom over the phone and her  requesting a picture to prove that she had been to Switzerland… ( which doesn’t  sound  like my mom i started thinking .. wait a minute… i started thinking of a conversation we had in the kitchen in the beach front condo when i had just come back from  france…. and i had just called a friend from mexico… trying to make plans for  when i was going back to Europe… the conversation was about money.. and about my dad  having a bank account in Switzerland……. jump back t today.. and all the hell I have been through…   it was like some very long drawn out identity theft …. but worse….  could all of this hell be over a damm bank account? 

 plus my sister Maura learned to ski on the Aramco ski trip in Switzerland.. when she was young.. probably like 11 or 12…

Final Passage of H.R. 1731, the Identity Theft Penalty Enhancement Act

On Wednesday, June 23, 2004, the House passed by voice vote, H.R. 1731, the Identity Theft Penalty Enhancement Act. On Friday, June 25, 2004, the Senate passed H.R. 1731 by unanimous consent (without amendment) and cleared the bill for the President’s signature. H.R. 1731 would establish penalties for aggravated identify theft, i.e., identity theft in connection with the commission of a felony, and includes the following provisions of interest to SSA that would:

  • Prescribe a sentence of two years’ imprisonment for knowingly transferring, possessing, or using, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person during and in relation to specified felony convictions, including: (1) violations of 18 U.S.C. 641 (relating to theft of public money, property, or rewards);

    • (2) violations of sections 208, 811, and 1632 of the Social Security Act, relating to the Social Security, Supplemental Veterans’ Benefits, and SSI programs; and, (3) violations of section 1107(b) of the Social Security Act, relating to misrepresentation.

  • With regard to a conviction under 18 U.S.C. 641, would provide for aggregating the amounts from all counts for which a defendant is convicted in a single case. Present law provides for a maximum prison term of one year when the value of the subject property does not exceed $1,000. Since some courts do not combine the value of the amounts from all counts in imposing sentence, the proposed change would facilitate the imposition of longer prison sentences by those courts.

  • Prohibit a court from: (1) placing any person convicted of such a violation on probation; (2) reducing any sentence for the related felony to take into account the sentence imposed for such a violation; or (3) providing for concurrent terms of imprisonment for a violation of this Act and any other violation, except, in the court’s discretion, an additional violation of this section.

  • Expand the existing identity theft prohibition to: (1) cover possession of a means of identification of another with intent to commit specified unlawful activity; (2) increase penalties for violations; and (3) include acts of domestic terrorism within the scope of a prohibition against facilitating an act of international terrorism.

July 4th 2011 @ 4:01pm (monitor issues… like an entire cord missing… and it not working…. tresspassing break in most likely responsible…

 So now that i have the computer and internet working again…. i have to report another very odd issue… i have a den in my  home.. and i put my dining room table in my den so that i could fit room for two monitors.. and two computers… ( incase i have a roomate agin wheni was redecorating i thought it woudl be  easier to have the den as a den…. ) anyway… the shedule i worked for  when the  edward jones group was at the hyatt:

June 16th 3:30pm-6pm 
June 17th 8am-10am
june 18th 6pm-10pm 
june 23rd 3:30pm-6pm 
june 24th 8am-10am
june 25th 6pm-10pm 

 Pretty much that is all the scheduled times i left my home… but i actually put in a written request   at the naples substation..gave the paperwork to the woman at the desk and  assumed that all is taken care of… i also gave them a request to ake sure my mother’s home is watched since she was goign out of town to canada….. and i really didnt want any of the scummy criminal girls and boys to break in….. 

well… of course i have been without a  working computer  an now that i have everything working again.. i had to reinstal all sorts of programs and  last week i went  to  turn on the monitors that have sitting on my desk since i changed my furniture around…. well the monitor onthe right has all its appropriate chords.. and actualy turns on and was even connected to one of my laptops.( until i had to for matt and downlowd all of windows again…. ) but the monitor on the left side… it is missing a blue chord… and will not even turn on when plugged into the  power chord… so tht leaves me to  try to …….
1. figure out when this new criminal  stealing occurred…..
2. figure out how this new breaking and entering .. trespassing and stealing insident occurred…. 
3. figure out if they only jsut stole the chord… or did they take the working monitor  as well?….. .  


when i started fixing everything…. i noticed that one entire set of cd’s for the computer reinstall were missing… and for a while i couln’t find the printer  cd and my portable scanner that i needed to  reinstall  and  many of the documents  that i had on my harddrive before all the harddrives we no longer mysteriously working…..

i can understatnd when some item you use oftern breaks… but i rarely use the monitor… and it was working fine before… but when a cord is completely missing… and had to be unscrewed formteh monitor and formthe docking station… that had to be done by hand… it wasnt like it jsut slipped off…. it had to be unscrewed!!! before ti was stolen!  So ……. it was definatley stolen! 

but since teh idito italina scum got away with  bulling me …… and ruining my reputaion and trying to gwet peopleto not believe me…. i guess it leaves  my life wide open for criminals to “win” ( the winning phrase that karen kahel used when she bullied me at my front gate… 

I honeslty hope that   the almost two years of prayers to stl jude start kicking in….. especially for protection from  all harm and for  that huge financial miracle…. and even for all teh intensions..including blessing and protection for the police and sheriff department….. i  actually pry for tha each and every day…. since August 12th 2010……

it woudl be such a shane for evil to win.. and for criinals to get away with all ther crimes by discrediting their victims…. woudlnt it?

Monday July 4th 2011@ 3:46pm ( just called the police to request additional patrol and to ask about the odd emails)

So first when i opened the emails ..concerning the  bmw and the college… i called my mother to see if she or anyone i knew had putin a request for info concerning this 750i bmw … a very specific car that someone was looking for and using my name and email address…. she said she had not put in a request…  wheni mentioned to her that karen kahel or any of her sitters or criminal freinds may be involved… and wheni asked aobut  the sitters who had 20-22year old girls……  i got a very mean and horrid person on the phone…. nothing like my mom… very defensive for someon not related to these people….. and the person onthe phone actually told me that no mater if icalledteh police or not that hedy ignore my calls… that they actually put a check by my name saying to ignor that “crazy”  personwho calls all the time …..

  first off…….m y  mother would never in a million years ever say that,,,, and she woudl not……..I  repeat would not come up with some lame excuse to allow someone to use my name  or allow idenity theft…. by allowing my name or idenity to be used to fraudently obtain  possessions…. and criminally obtain possessions…. 

so i guess i must have reached the wrong phone line again…they got realy upset when i mentioned karen kahel… so it is difinatley no tmy mother… but most porbaby one of the boys screwing her this week…..    bullies again onthe phone.. whish the lawyer from miami woudl have come through to put these people in jail… it sounded like not only was it a boy who liked screwing the blond  whio state whore….karen kahel… but was also drunk!…. which makes me think back to that one christopher who was a handy man… wh o had some x-girlfriend who wa supposed to be a drunk….. Ugg i wonder if they are stealing all the phone calls for the babysititng again….  they also got realy upset about me mentioning people from bonita springs…. Hummmm…..    it s always been the same group…. a very rotten criminal group of worthless  human beings….

after the horrible and bulling phone call I called scott renshaw and spoke with his sister askingto fin out if he knew who the new little whore to door is… and who the criminal who wants a bmw and to go to college… might be this time… 

theni called  @ 3:46pm july 4th 2011 ……the police station and spoke with oficer BELL ( badge # 2712) who i also put in a request for aditional patrol for my birthday… and asked her who i should speak with concerning the emails… and my concerns…  she said to email the fraud department… and i will do that immediately  when i have finished this blog entry…. 

 

also in my emails… i have a online college of phonix person emailinsg me as well





So here is another email     i did not put in an inquiry for phonix  colleege… i already went ot college…graduated from university of florida in 1990….

 and if i wanted  to get my MBA or graduate degree… i would not do it online with phonix….. even the harvard executive education courses….. completely different…. 

so at  teh very least…. I  can surmise the person being an imposter…..idenity theft…. and a new whore to door service girl for teh boys…..  hasnt gone to college… and wants to drive around in a BMW… also they sent an email to a friend  of mine that i knew when i was in school in france… a girl i have been trying to contact that no one would allow me to speak with… eho writes or at least used to write scripts….. in california…. 

 hummmm guess they are trying to get something  from one of my friends  to pay for their dreams to come true…  i guess that is what wanna be’s……parasites do….. I  would call it fraud… and would assume that  criminal laws should apply……. sheesh….  when will it ever stop???????????

I just went onto my emails and found that somone had inquired about a BMW in my name and gave my emaila address contact info…. since i did not inquire… wondering if once again idenity thief… ie( karen kahel and her criminal freinds are involved… if you remember and old post wheni was babysittign for her son greyson she had wnated me to lease a bmw form her “friend ” favio wo was deling with her silver BMW at the time…. andthen most recently ther was a print out on the dressor of my  mothers  master bedroom  for a black 2002 bmw……


wondering if the imposter is getting a bmw for my birthday…. tryingto use my credit or my name or my home …. or jsut a plain scummy criminal who has conned somone into believing that she is me…  and once again gaining benefits fomall the deceipt the liesand the criminal activity that this group  of scumof the earth  
has done to me since 2003 and that this group of scum have used to ruin my life…
 i realy widh the police woudl catch the criminals… who knows who else they have used adn abused and how many other lives and fmilies have been ruined …..and will continue tobe ruined…..  all for a pathetic and criminal wanna be/imposter  who should be injail…..but this whore to door is probaby being protected by some boy or two…. and who knows…  if htey do ther “job”… they will probaby have a kid or tow and get a condo or home.. a car.. and even be abletosteala business… maybe whenthey have destoryed someone’s life tht really matters.. then maybe someone will do something about it…..  
i hope it doesn’t take that long….
