so this is horrid…there are so many of the websites…. to change a person’s  voice…   i wonder if certain phone calls i have made…. or to certain numbers.. where i assumed the  person i was trying to call would be the actual person …. had the soft ware  installed on their  computer? or had the capability to record the … without my permission to utilize my voice…. that has to be illegal…. right? 

you know how some days stand out in your life.. or you somehow remember
them …. today was my grandmother’s b-day. she has passed but somehow i
remember it.. and the  b-day of  my aunt Dottie… one of the sweetest
of aunts… It is her b-day today as well… … so i wish her a very
happy birthday… and best wishes … in every aspect of her life…  i
called to speak with her and  wish her a happy b-day… but it was
wierd.. the phone kept echoing…  why would it do that?… i mean her
voice wasnt echoing.. but i head myself repeating the entire
conversation…. i asked he  if we were being recorded..   she said no
but it is really weird…

 i haven’t had a phone do that to me in a really long time… in  fact
it scared me a bit since that happened  when i had the bully girls on my
phone… and after doing all sorts of research today and yesterday
about  biometric recognition of the voice… and knowing what i have
learned about spoof cards… and i still need to learn more on how these
people were able to manipulate a person’s voice.. i was told they have
the ability to change  a mans voice to a woman’s.. and if they can use
the compute programs to change a voice.. i wonder if a voice is recorded
if they can then make it sound like a specific voice… now that must
be illegal… right… especially if that voice is then used for a fraud
of some sort… which i could only think of one reason for a person to 
copy and mimic a specific voice is for a specific purpose and that
purpose  cannot be of an honest nature…    otherwise the real person
would  be using their own real voice to make a call.. right… i think i

someone who has the right answers…

so if someone has or had the computer  program that twill allow voices to be manipulated.. how safe are the phone lines over a computer?

i remember i had had a few people who told me i had made specific phone calls when i had not… i am worried that if a program is being used again.. to mimic my voice or other peoples voices… that the fraud that may be  possible to gain money or other financial or monetary gains.. that i will never see … must be prevented…  but I’m unclear as to the exact process… and then how to stop it   if anyone has a helpful suggestion please comment… 

all that i can think of is to let teh police know… and check on each and every phone number though a service to verify the cell or email addresses… that way to narrow down the false  ones… and allow the police to know   who the actual owner of the phone or email… and also to track down any false phone calls.. as well…

you know when you get a feeling…when gone though something before. … well.. i don’t  want to go though anything like the bully girls and the criminals every  again… and i am determined to stop them from  harming  any more people… including any of my friends or family… or trying to  fraudulently use me my likeness or even my voice to steal from  them for their  own selfish intent… I hate criminals!

Here is an idea… to make sure not to be bound by the statute of limitations… prosecute not as individual but as unit.. as ..  gang… so wanted  to  put down the  various definitions form various sources.   thought of this idea while i was putting various Fla statutes in my blog when i ran across some interesting information concerning the prosecution of people… verses… gangs…. and if by definition a gang can be established as a group of individuals ……. so here is the definition:

civil conspiracy:  an agreement between two or more persons to commit as unlawful act that causes damages to a person or property.

Chain conspiracy:  a single conspiracy in which each person is responsible for a distinct act within the  overall plan such as an agreement to produce, import, and distribute narcotics in which each person  performs only one function.  All participants are interested in the overall scheme and liable for all  the other participants acts in furtherance of that scheme. 

In a chain conspiracy the court looks to whether the parties serve as links in a chain 

example:  in case of Blumenthal  vs. united states 1947
court found that the agreements were steps in the formulation of one larger general conspiracy.  By reason of all having knowledge of the plans general scope an common  end they could be drawn together in a  single conspiracy. 

“pattern of criminal  activity”:  means engaging in at least 2 incidents of criminal activity  that have the same or similar intent, results,accomplices, victims or methods of commission or that otherwise are interrupted by distinguishing characteristics and are not solidarity  incidents that the last of such incidents occurred within a  5 years after a prior act of criminal activity.  for the purpose of this chapter the  term:   pattern of criminal activity shall not include 2 or more incidents of fraudulent conduct arising out of a single act or transaction against one or more  related  persons .
