Monday June 6th 2011@3:54pm ( moreinfo on laws concerning mail tampering)

If you have
intentionally opened it, with malice, then it is a federal offense, The
offenses are cited below, depending on the circumstances. Many times, I
am guilty of it too, we recieve an article through the mail and open it
before we realize that it is addressed to someone else. In these
cases, returning it to the Post Office and explaining that the mail
article was misdirected and you opened it in error- they will simply
resend it to the addressee with an apology for their mistake. Not only
that, but it is usually the addressee that will persue charges if they
believe their mail privacy has been violated.
I guess it just really depends on the circumstances invovled to give you a specific answer.
Hope these help. The web site is cited below if you would like further
details and these are statutes from the United States Codes (Federal Law
Register).
Sec. 1702. – Obstruction of correspondence

has been delivered to the person to whom it was directed, with design to
obstruct the correspondence, or to pry into the business or secrets of
another, or opens, secretes, embezzles, or destroys the same, shall be
fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both

Sec. 1705. – Destruction of letter boxes or mail

What specific law is being broken when somebody opens someone else’s mail?

Best Answer – Chosen by Voters

Two: Invasion of Privacy and the more serious offense of tampering with US mail. This later law doesn’t extend to email yet (in most states).

According to: KSC, TITLE 13. OFFENSES & PENALTIES:
http://www.fsmlaw.org/kosrae/code/title1…
Section 13.411. Tampering with mail.
Tampering with mail is wilfully opening, destroying, damaging, or
taking into possession without the express or implied consent of the
sender or addressee a postcard, letter, package, envelope or parcel
entrusted by the sender to another for delivery to a third person. This
section does not apply to a person employed by a postal, government, or
private courier service who acts in good faith in performance of his official duties. Tampering with mail is a category three misdemeanor.

Monday June 06th 2011@3:22pm ( concerned about security of mail box)

A bit ago i received two very disturbing  letters in my mail box they had been  opened and resealed but wer in my mail box… The weird thing is that   when I  was going to check my  mail… I found  on my key ring the extra key that I  had  made and had  origionally given to  various roommates for  getting mail and on the key ring.. was not the original key… my original key… strange right?    so if someone  tampers with mal… it is a federal offense… right? when they take mail out of yoru box.. what if they put mail into your box?   I’ll have to check on that one and get back to you and post it when i find out….

Title 18, United States Code, 1701 covers obstruction of mail.
http://trac.syr.edu/laws/18/18USC01701.h…

“Whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs or retards the passage of the
mail, or any carrier or conveyance carrying the mail, shall be fined
under this title or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.”

Title 18, United States Code, 1708 covers theft of mail.
http://trac.syr.edu/laws/18/18USC01708.h…

“Whoever steals, takes, or abstracts, or by fraud or deception obtains,
or attempts so to obtain, from or out of any mail, post office, or
station thereof…”
“Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than five years, or both.”

Question:

S Federal crime. Illegal to open mail that is not addressed to you or to
remove mail from anyone else’s mailbox without their permission.

Look at the USPS.com website for links to Postal Inspectors and what they do to protect the mail.

Monday June 6th 2011 @2:23pm ( very disturbing news… and phone call and skype from fake friend)

so i just called my mom’s house…  since she has a cleaning lady over today i wanted to ask her about cleaning a pot..  i made some tea… and it boiled all the way to a burned pot…HA!. before i would   throw  away the pot.. but today i was hoping the cleaning lady had some  helpful and really easy way to get  the burned part off…   to my dismay.. she did not…. the suggestion…  was elbow grease…..UGG my thoughts on the matter.. i think i’ll just  let it soak… with some really harsh cleaning stuff… maybe a mixture of stuff… who knows?.. but that is not why iam writing…  the reason i am writing… was that the person on the phone  gave me some really horrid news about my sister….  and i am trying to clarify whether  it s true or not…

so i tried calling Gloria Fletcher… and a lady named Kathy answered the phone…  its weird every time she answered i think back on  a trespasser who came into the strand.. who claimed  who lied to the front gate and then lied to me about  getting into the gate…. who came up to my door and  after ringing my bell  left me a type of bully mail…..

guess its happening all over  again… criminals.. i hate criminals …  also i tried to call my friend scott renshaw.. and the person  i spoke to sounded completely different… so i tried to Skype him.. and he  put his hand over the  camera….  when i had just Skyped with him  i think it was just  yesterday.. and today totally different personality.. more like  the young obnoxious boy who was chasing girl named Kate or Kelly or Kimmmy… the one who took me to the  Elton  John  concert but dint really want to  be there.. t the same type of personality  who is nothing like a friend to me at all…

not like someone who made me laugh.. or played cards with me.. or even who told me that everything will be alright.. not someone  who actually cares about anyone but himself…. or is even grown up……

anyway just another example how the messed up phones are still continually messing up my life!
Damages… i want  to sue for damages!!!!!!!!!

here is another clue..maybe you can figure out who it is….once when i asked the person on the  phone who was supposed to be Scott Renshaw… if he was American.. he told me that he should be… not that he was but that  he should be..

i cant remember if that is when he was eating red beans and rice or not….    this guy also said that he doesn’t get the emails that i send to scott renshaw.. or that he ever had a  net zero account… probably doesn’t  know when  scott renshaw  was supposed to have lived here…. or even in  one of my mom’s apartments…

its just rude..    and friends aren’t  rude…   maybe its a kid… or just a person who doesn’t  know American culture?..or has manners?…  or is trying to get scott renshaw out of my  life? by not  being nice? …  like the person  who was trying to make me seem mean or bad  yesterday on the phone… who are these people?

off the subject a bit…  but also when I  was on the phone yesterday..   someone called me “mary jeannie”… which is what Mrs Murry used to call me  from the Remmington in Bay Colony…   She was always nice to me… as was her family…

and i’m not sure of exactly what time  the conversation turned …. to try to make me seem like a bad or mean person… or my end of  a long ago conversation was  twisted.. but I do  remember there is a girl who wants to solely babysit in bay colony.. In fact  i have found she will do and  say just about anything me sure she gets the exclusive sitting… ( possibly connected to la playa?/or the really slimy girls from bonita springs…  )      I checked on cell phone records  that didn’t match the owner… when jobs from  bay colony were mysteriously cancelled  and in in fact, yesterday someone mentioned on the phone that once again i will never be hired….  if anyone reads how horible karen kahel and others who bullied me relentlessly….and how they  treated me… that i guess beng a victim ot abuse is all my fault…  these peole are mean!  nothing  like friends  or family ..  but then they tell me to pray?? what type of mixed message are they doing now?

yesterday..when i was on the phone…  someone mentioned that they were trying to get  someone out of somewhere… I think the exact quote was to ” get her out of there”… it really didn’t fit into the conversation… and i didn’t  know if it was directed to me..or to my mother .. or now I’m  worried about  my sister…

when it may not be information about  my sister at all…. but a person   again playing a sick   con or prank  . or wanting money… or just getting a kick out of ruining people’s lives?   people playing god again with a seriously sick sense of a God complex?

when i was babysitting for Erin Donavin… in Autumn woods…  there was a cleaning lady that looked like “Cinderella”..or a “barbie doll” l… according to the children.. and that is who they thought I was going  to be when i arrived to babysit….  I’m wondering if the same person…is involved…. he  who wanted Linka ( the Cech republic nanny from the  Sabatova’s  who believed all woman should  be cleaning woman     ( same philosophy as the travelers and the gypsies… according to  that horrid show about  their lifestyles and customs… and  their weddings Uck! )   I  wonder if these girls/boys are still messing with people’s lives.. and  are the group that is still doing all the  petty thievery?   God  i hope no one is stealing more from  my mother’s home ….  or manipulating lives..like making up lies about my sister… or her property… or her life….

Fri. June 03rd 2011@8:29pm ( phone conversations aren’t right)

so when calling my mom’s phone today… 2398215515….. she was supposedly on her way to an apt. and  left her cell phone in the car.. and i was told to call her and could skype after 5pm…. i got to see my mom on skype for a short while before she went take a nap… then now about  10-15 minutes ago( exact time:  on caller id=6/3/2011  at 8:32:08pm )  i again tried to call her again…   and  this time even thought she is up… the idiot on the phone   make a point  to defend not only ohio but also new york when i mentioned that i don’t trust  anyone from ohio like i used to .. especially since  karen kahel went to ohio state..  and   and gerard big claim to fame was being  a mafia idiot from brooklyn new york… what happened tonight  was absolutely uncharacteristic  for my mother… my mother in  my 44 years of being alive has never in my life ever said she  didn’t feel like talking to me or chatting with me… ever….  not like my mom at all….also the person told me not to clutter up her message machine with messages  and then proceeded to put the phone off the hook when i was still on the phone.exactly like the  cellphone owner with the caller id of gregory marion…

so i’m guessing with a spoof card it was again a boy on the phone.. he actually  cleared his throat like that scumm gerard used to do… and obviously has plans for the evening .. don’t know if it is a boy who cant “have fun” until he has  harmed or bullied a girl… but  in any case they didn’t  change my mind about new york or about ohio..and yes there are probably some nice people who are from those states. i just seem to get the people who are manipulating my life all due to karen kahels  wants or wihses or geranrds stupid scummy relatives or friend….  and i was born in ohio..and still have relatives from ohio. . but i have found that even some of those relatives have put their wants and needs of karen kahel  and scummy girls like her… ahead of their own flesh and blood .( me) … but then maybe they are just  mean and vicious doplegangers(sp?) …HA!

I’ve had people who have wanted  to change my history… my family and have tried to say just about anything over  this phone…including a lot of bulling…

i was supposed to bring over pictures to  photocopy  and a “sex in the city 2” DVD for her to take to canada and for her reunion.. but i think this conversation just  made me want to not give her all my time, and possessions… and  make her/his life easier when tonight   the fake “mom” didn’t even want to talk about “father of the bride”..the original ..it’s  on t.v.  or about the contest for staying at the Ritz in miami….  or even to just  chat… why should i still be nice when  they think it is o.k for them to say anything ….  its not fair… its not right… and i have not liked any of it….

I left a message saying  that it has been  few and far between ….  when anyone comes close to emulating my mother, father, sisters or family.. and the amount of love and  friendship  we had for one another…. you can’ t imagine how much we laughed and  hugged and supported each other…  i knew i was loved… and even that i was liked…. or even my real friends.. i know they liked me…. i just know it…. and i miss them all of them dreadfully!.

speaking “father of the bride”… and since even on television they mentioned that this is a popular weekend for weddings… i’m assuming that there are a bunch of weddings  in naples… and it is surprising that not one call for the babysitting business….or are those calls being diverted as well….. probably… so what criminal will be stealing calls  and making  money this weekend off of my mother and my business?

o.k. maybe this will help to try to tract down this whore to door service girl or boy ….. when talking to the person who all we to phone to be off the hook…  a number 5 is listed on the caller id…  i wonder if this is the same girl who when i was telling her about my toe… wanted me to make sure to not walk on the treadmill.. or to go out.. or to clean anything  in my  home… or to  do anything with my herbs or plants  on my lanai.. hey there was a girl who was in a black luxus suv once  and oen girl who stole my birthday burberry umbrella… who was screwing one of the fake scott renshaws when he lived off  7 th….   guess the girl on the phone will be busy tonight… lying and cheating and being  an  imposter….   but the boys who screw the whore to doors and the whore to doors themselves keep pretty busy especially if it is a wedding weekend…

ps. had called originally to mention that my mom had two wing back chairs of mine.. she was going to have upholstered….I  haven’t seen them in my mother”s home… or  upholstered yet.. wonder if they are being  “stored” or used else where   with all the other possessions they have stolen from  my  mother or my family….

thursday June 02nd 2011@2:53pm ( validity of legal proceedings held over the phone)

I tried to  google the  question/statement concerning the validity of legal proceedings held over the phone. to me is seems to go against the due process so i copied and pasted the material as follows:

Fifth Amendment – Due Process Clause

substantive procedural law proceedings legal land including english

The Fifth Amendment’s Due Process Clause has two aspects: procedural
and substantive. Procedural due process is concerned with the process by
which legal proceedings are conducted. It requires that all persons who
will be materially affected by a legal proceeding receive notice of its
time, place, and subject matter so that they will have an adequate
opportunity to prepare. It also requires that legal proceedings be
conducted in a fair manner by an impartial judge who will allow the
interested parties to present fully their complaints, grievances, and
defenses. The Due Process Clause governs civil, criminal, and
administrative proceedings from the pretrial stage through final appeal,
and proceedings that produce ARBITRARY or capricious results will be overturned as unconstitutional.

SUBSTANTIVE DUE PROCESS is concerned with the content of particular laws that are applied during legal proceedings. Before WORLD WAR II,
the U.S. Supreme Court relied on substantive due process to overturn
legislation that infringed on a variety of property interests, including
the right of employers to determine the wages their employees would be
paid and the number of hours they could work. Since World War II, the
Court has relied on substantive due process to protect privacy and
autonomy interests of adults, including the right to use contraception
and the right to have an ABORTION.

The line separating procedure from substance is not always clear. For
example, procedural due process guarantees criminal defendants the
right to a fair trial, and substantive due process specifies that 12
jurors must return a unanimous guilty verdict before the death penalty
can be imposed. The concepts of substantive and procedural due process
trace back to English law. The MAGNA CHARTA
provided, “No free man shall be seized, or imprisoned, or disseised, or
outlawed, or exiled, or injured in any way … except by the lawful
judgment of his peers, or by the law of the land” (art. 39). According
to eminent English jurist SIR EDWARD COKE, law of the land and due process of law were interchangeable terms that possessed both procedural and substantive meaning.

The American colonists followed the English tradition of attributing
substantive and procedural qualities to the concepts of due process and
the law of the land. Maryland and Massachusetts, for example, equated
the two concepts with colonial COMMON LAW
and legislation regardless of their procedural content. On the other
hand, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Vermont all passed constitutional
provisions identifying the law of the land with specific
procedural safeguards, including the right against self-incrimination.
Thus, when the Due Process Clause was submitted to the state conventions
for ratification, it was popularly understood to place procedural
requirements on legal proceedings as well as substantive limitations on
the law applied in those proceedings.

Wednesday June 01, 2011 @3:17pm ( that movie withteh karen kahel look allike… was on televison last night called The bad mother’s handbook) )

So that movie was on last night again… the one  with a the karne
kahel  look alike… thought she was  British  heavier she has the same
face oh and with red hair instead of blond hair… … same face as the
little girl  who stole my khaki  cashmere sweater…

It was called  the bad mother’s handbook.… the actress  who actually played a woman named karen was:  Catherine Tate

i
copied and pasted the info… if your interested… I  almost laugh at
the irony….  life imitating art.. or art imitating life… i couldn’t
watch  most of the  movie…especially when she played this horrid and
mean person…who  verbally abused and belittled her daughter…. her
own daughter…  uck… since it was on tv. I’m assuming that somehow
she had this transformation and probably became this caring and
thoughtful person.. .. but  then not all televisions shows are anything
like real life… right?

I wanted to post this since the picture i took when karen kahel was trespassing into my complex and running in my complex when she  had no friends or at least permission to be  coming into the complex.  The picture the police suggested i take to prove she was even in my complex and trespassing…  wasn’t that clear as to what her face looked like.. but in this movie. you can clearly see the actress… and what she( the actress )  looks like…  so since hair color  can change.. and even weight  can fluctuate….. the face will not change… and can be recognized a bit

Like  when i was being bullied by karen kahel.. she had white blond hair…  and  and was probably  in the weight range of 110-120…   but i will never forget her face… and hope this movie will help to identify her…and to assist in drawing attention so that if there are others who’s lives she has ruined with her bulling and lies.. will be able to come forward and will be able to also press charges for the crimes she has committed…. will not be afraid to come forward…. and will  be able to stop her so that she will not  be able to harm anyone else ever again in  her life time…  and maybe if bullies run in families.. stopping her will stop  her children from harming others.. and stop the continued abuse she was able to get away with here in Naples Florida and possibly else where  during her life… maybe she was even a bully in oho state… I am sure there  are other victims… and people she has used and abused for her own selfish intentions…

[edit] Plot

The Bad Mother’s Handbook depicts the story of one year in the lives
of three women. In this television adaptation of Kate Long’s best
selling novel, Catherine Tate plays Karen, who is a frustrated woman in
her thirties whose whole life and identity are shattered when she
discovers a long-kept secret. Holly Grainger plays Karen’s clever and
hormonal teenage daughter Charlotte, while Anne Reid appears as Karen’s
mother, Nan, who is suffering from Alzheimer’s. Robert Pattinson is also
a supporting character as lovable yet nerdy, Daniel Gale. The movie
presents an insight into the life of motherhood and childhood, dwelling
on the themes that no two mothers are alike, but that ultimately love is
the most important thing of all.
