I wanted to check write today so that we can keep in contact concerning next month’s meeting/ court date.    I really want to achieve a great deal before the court date to make sure all is in order so that the   best possible outcome will be achieved for the guardianship and for the HOA situation. 

First I still think as Patrick presently my guardian you already have the authority to meet and discuss with David the increase for my ssi payments.   When we met at the evaluation, you said you wanted to wait until we had gone through the judge to make sure you were not over stepping your boundaries when meeting with the judge.  These are areas that under the Florida statutes 744 you are still entitled to help with whether court has ordered your assistance or not and these areas are areas that I need your  help and I need your help immediately!

   The increases for the ssi will assist in making sure that not only payments can be made for the HOA settlement but are monies needed to make sure that payments for regular bills can be made in proper fashion and payments can be made on time.   Could you please make time in your schedule to either discuss or meet with    David this next week?  I would hate to have to drive all the way to the social security office and meet again with him when a simple phone call could resolve the situation.   

The matter of the food assistance  is still an issue.  My mother thinks the card for food assistance  may have been stolen from her mailbox and the second applications I made in my name and in my social security number was voided due to the dates of paperwork being submitted were not made.  I actually didn’t even get any notification form the office of snap for when the dates were due until after dates were due.  I really need you r help in this area as the 200 or so dollars would be a real assistance in my welfare and for my budget. 

In addition to these matters of ssi payments and food payments, I really need some assistance in clearing up items on my credit report.  I am a victim of identity theft and   even as recently as a few weeks ago I had yet another false t-Mobil bill that is posting on my credit report.   I was able to have  one t-Mobil account removed   from 2006  but this recent  bill lowered my credit score by 11 points and   is defiantly not my bill as I have been using magic jack for the past  two or three years…    

 I also need you to contact the Wels Fargo bank so that we can set up a co guardianship where  an equity line of credit can be established to pay off the HOA fees….  I emailed you the telephone number and never heard back from you concerning  when you expect to contact them.  As a well-established guardian   I am sure that you have set up such accounts  before, but I want to make sure that a direct debit is also established so that from  my;  ssi payments I will be able to make  sure that the payments  are made on time and in my name thus assisting  in  building back my credit and   establishing that feeling of security for both the condo association and   my  bank that everything will get paid.  

really think these matters need to be set in motion so that when we appear in court  not only will the courts know that you are doing a great job as my guardian but will help to establish   a plan of action that  they will need to know   anyway. 

Do we need to meet to do this or will you be able to handle this on you own?     When you can John cardillo were assisting me in the past, I never saw the plan of action that you established and the reports that you or he did as to the progress of  established   for rectifying any situations  so I don’t know if there are other procedures that need to be handled  on my end to make sure  all is fixed this time! 

I have recently also  had an issue with my car insurance, (see blog post of  geico payments/possible corrupt billing  and identity theft again!)  in my website and blog post of www.mysearchfor justice.com  I mentioned that I received this cancellation notice… when I always pay my bills for Geico by the end of the month… and    then when I paid it I ended up getting my normal bill online from geico saying that I owed them a payment by the end of the month…. That would put two payments for this month.. when the identity thieves did this before, they used a capitol one credit card with similar numbers and  screwed up the payment and that credit card….  I do not want this to be happening all over  again. Especially since some criminal is under the assumption that I am incompetent and will be unable to understand that they are   scamming me and using my accounts for  their criminal practices….   This is the same thing  “switching”    that  has been going on with my car… and  happened  to the Mercedes until it was too broken to run ….These people belong  in jail… and the police and state attorney’s office needs to be informed  so that no one else is ever scammed by these same crooks again… I guess since they got away with doing all this to my life once they assume they will once again be able to get away with  doing this again  to my life….    Both of these incidences are in my website and blog post ..and I plan and prosecuting  these criminals  once they are caught….  

One more incident is that I am trying get a security system working  in my home.   I just emailed the man who is in charge of the  Comcast services in  the Strand for assistance.  I had to pay $300.00 for  the  free boxes because the woman at Comcast told me that I owed that form a bill in 2006…. I believe that to be one of many bills in 2006-2008  where my credit and life was ruined and identity was  continued to be stolen starting in 2002.  I put the entire email in my bog for www.mysearchforjustice.com .  

So in conclusion ,  there are many items to be addressed.   Please email me on how we should go about addressing all these situations and how to rectify them.  Thank you for your kind attention to this email.
