it won’t allow me to dial and reach the  lawyers  to verify the information and to see if anything else can be done to give me  a real solution…. I could  not contact: lisa barnett  van dien ( real estate attorney in Naples that I’ve known  since high school.)  I can not call the  lawyer or paralegal handling the case… named kelly  from the  Debost law firm in fort myers… /I actually didn’t even find the law firm listed in the yellow pages….. it  said there was a Devost… listed  in the  yellow pages on line….  but a bunch of listings for various law firms that were supposedly connected .. Devost was supposed to be a law firm in new york????? or was that debost.?….. 

I  can not reach blake fletcher ( gainesville florida )  who works with legacy realty…. I cannot reach Gloria Fletcher who is a personal friend and  criminal attorney….. what is up with the phones… and with trying to contact  the right people.. is this phone  hacking as well? if it is.. then trying to financially   benefit from  manipulating the sale of a property… that has to be illegal….. right?  I even tried to call the police see if i could talk to the two men and women  who came to my home yesterday….  to see if they can do anything about the phone…. did i mention that two days ago I actually called the police and  tried to see if they could  monitor.. or trace or find out about calls… something that would  explain why i cant seem to get through to the people who  are either family or friends or professions who can give me the correct information and the correct assistance to rectify and  verify entire situations….  especially this one…. 

The email I  had today… was offering a few options for my condo… since there is no mortgage… My understanding is that  the  only payment  that needs to be made is the  HOA  fees… which I didn’t know hadn’t been taken care of  until  last week…. Sheesh… but  one gentleman  wants to pay me a very small amount  for the  fees… and still have me move out.. or he had another option of paying off the hoa fees he would retain ownership of my condo… and Ii would rent from him…  but I still  basically lose my home…  and my everything… the thing about it… the people on the phone… are so off from who my mom is… my mom wouldn’t even sell  her niene carpet for 7 thousand dollars yet alone sell my condo out from under me for 7000.00!   it makes no sense…. i  ad two or three people tell me  that tit is a good idea to lose my home… WHAT? who are these manipulative people who are not helping but are instead hurting me??????? My sister herself  is a real estate attorney…  in palm beach and I can’t get in touch with her… and the message that was total hearsay…. you wouldn’t even want to know what was said… you would never believe that my sister.. would have ever said such things… i know i don’t…. My sister and family not only loves me but  would do basically anything for me….  to make sure i am not hurt or my home is not hurt….  and wouldn’t agree to someone trying to make a profit  off of me… or to basically  steal a condo from me….    

since these people on the phone are allowed to steal possessions… steal businesses… and ruin basically anything and everything.. they are allowed to manipulate and  destroy lives by their actions…. of course they should be held culpable for their actions ……  but   i guess its because i don’t really matter… I am not valuable and they ar tryingto prove it by manipulating who i get to speak with… and when i get to contact …   

I have a call into  my friend scott renshaw… who came by yeserday with his daughter and maybe he or one of my relatives or friends  will do a loan for me so that  I can keep everything the way it should be and just pay them back… maybe if i can actually talk to the man who is makings the proposal… he might be inclined  to modify the situation… conditions…..  and not make it strictly a business deal that only profits  him… but i can keep my home in my name…  anyone want  to buy a kidney?   

So when i mean I  cannot reach them….( the people am trying to call…)  I mean that I cannot even dial their numbers to get a ringing or a busy signal… it skips from the dial pad… to as if it had already been dialed and hung up without a moment to do either….  

This whole  thing is still a mess… where is cliff sterns and the phone act now?  or a miracle… when i got the email from my mom this morning I started to think that perhaps .. just maybe there was a miracle just around  the corner… a  really great one… ….  Please dear god…. help! Please friends and family really honestly help…… thanks… 

It is my understanding that the same  method was used to  “steal ”  my sisters condo  in palm beach…. seems a bit like fraud to be perfectly honest… and i wish i could get in touch with cliff sterns  or someone who could  figure out how and why not only  can’t  reach the people i need to be able to reach any sort of clarification… and   to rectify the situation.. and to find  out the truth…….
