So by 4:19pm… i have had it… the three hours yesterday dealing  with teh alledged sears representatives…. and having nothign  done .. the man who camee out to fix teh garage..  also not in a sears uniform.. aslo with out any sears id or even business card form hiscompany…. teh estra parts that he took off my garage.. that i think may have been needed…. 
and then today tryingto contact judge murphy’s office… tryingot contact patrick weber.. or legal aid.. or even tryingto  get teh right information on the motion of continuance..  wome people wanted to call an extension..  and the  absolutley  confliicting inforamtion of what has been filed… what hasnt been received.. who needs to file anythingor who needs to   actually make sure these pdf’ documents are visible…  online… so that  i can makde sure that a response to the foreclosure suit  has been submitted….

I  hadvbe had enough.. after having to yell onteh phone when sometells me that they cannot hear me… then telling me to stop yelling at them….
havint g people lie aboutwhat actually needs to be submittedor what has been submitted.. and who teh hel was supposed to be responsible for the submission of any motions… or orders…

i wanted to notify the polce once again that the  cybercrimes devision needs to be involved in the graud that is going on…
first… since 2002… when my idenity and inforamtion was stolen,. when credit cards were dubplicated.. when   phone s that i never used were on my credit report….  taht is when also  these same crimiansl were  also startign to commit cyber crimes… 

they have spoofed telephone numbers..  to get info from phon e messges.. to  manipulate situations such as jobs or to find thewhere about s of  when i woudl or would not be home..  so they could  break and enter…. and steal.. and along with the steal ing or the fraud.. the lies and manipulation… they  use their skills with computers to  affect security systems…  and today to damage home ownership… 
MY HOME OWNERSHIP! these ass holes want my home next…. and with all the lying and cheating andstealing that they have pretty much perfected… i be tthey they have done these same scemes to many many people….

i wantthem arrested.. i want them stopped… and i want them to never be ableto ruinanother life let alonne another family… again! 


HELP!   i need to get someone who  has knowledge of  “IT” scams…. how did they  alter the  telephone numbers i am trying to reach?  …however they are doin gthis…  because my phone is through the computer.. it falls under the cybercrimes laws…   florida statutes:  815…..
when they manipulated the actual phne nubers callin ginto me… that is called spoofing… and is illegal unless used by the sheriff office or otehr  legal departments in  the aprehension of  a criinal… 

but to manipulate the phone  numbers.. toaccess messages.. to gain information to commit a crime… even to perpetrate fraud especially  for the criminal to gain  anytype of material possessiona… IT IS A CRIME and these peole need to be stopped and put in JAIL… 


today…  trying to  manipulate the access of vital informaiton… necessary for a  foreclsore case.. or tryign to  delay it on purpose .. oh …..   it reeks of criminal intent!…. and fraud… and  neeeds to be stopped… !) years of this crap by the same group of conartists….  

I  was telling my mother… yesterday when she went to make apointments with hotel managers.. for  gainign ther business …. then after driving all that way…. the people inchareg alledgedly wer not avaiable…. at lunch time…. 

I told her that is what the se criminals..did the enter two years when i was workign without pay for her business…. we set up appointment ..  got confirmations on teh phone

( hummm see where ethe fraud come s into play…. through the phone  messages that were stolen.. )  

we woudl go to thescheduled meetings.. and then the peoplein charge woudl not ber ther.. or someone woud be there adn not meet in an office.. or conference room.. but meet in  the lobby… or a hallway…. 
 I had my suspicions that these peole we wer meetin gwith wer actully teh competition… people ie crimianls too lazy orstupid to do ther own work in creating contracts.. in creating business plans.. in creating legitimate businesses… 
and teh start of the peole who did not believec in legitimate business.. was gerard ahler.. in  2003…. the  guy who claimed ot be a part of the mafia.. who threatened to kill my mom when she thought he was a dumb ugly stupid  thug….  yes he wanted to  have cash business.. to  lie cheat and steal from clients and his buddy from boston who was living in marco island… even told me  how they or “someone” would  steal a business…..  use a similar name use a similar telephone number…. and steal contracts.. and clients…  

i wouldn tput it past these criminals.. to try ot latch onto anyon ethey considered weak… ie me since i have a guardian who is supposed to defend the foreclosre…. who is supposed to  assit in  clearng the title… ( also fron a bunch of crooks…) and who is supposed to get   money for the equity lineo fcridti on my home  for a settlement…. 
these crooks.. see a great condo… and see a person with limited rights… and they use their  abuse of the internet.. ther involvement of cybercrimes… to  basically steal  a condo… or stel inforamiton.. or steal  a busines… or gain informaiotn so they can seal real possessions… by breaking and entering …. 

adn it is notjsut one person.. it is a group….. and a group who has done this before.. must have lots of victims… and probably uses the same patterns to systematically  steal.. lie  cheat… and run lives and ruin families….. 
same group.. from children to olde adults who  are taught to  commit crimes instead ofbeing taught to be honest.. they  are like a family…. working togetehr  when they have picked ther mark ….. to steal everything they can…. and they dont stop! 
HELP…. I am only one person .. i cannot  stop them on  my own….   I need information.. i need the proper authorities…and i need them  to be stopped….. NOW before they steal any more.. before they ruin any more lives… and definatly before they try to steal my home…..
