I have ordered items in the mail twice from Stapels.com and both times the packages were in front of my door one day late. Both times the ink cartridges were empty and both times they were missing the seal that keeps the ink from drying out. I believe that a neighbor or criminal has been tampering with my mail and i want to press charges. I have also had additional mail put into my mail box a few months ago false documents for foreclosing my home the mail looked like it had been opened and resealed which is tampering with the mail and is a felony offense… I have also had mail I was expecting removed and have had mail removed .. it may be an old roommate who had a key to the box at one time either way it is criminal. HELP!

This is the second time that an ink cartridge I ordered from staples online has shown up at my door without a seal and did not print. Second time that part of the actual receipt is cut off on the left side. This is the fourth cartridge that I have received I sent my mom back to staples two times the day she was helping me to get errands done …. And all cartridges have not worked… that is a total of 5 cartridges that have not worked… I even spent an entire day on the phone and chatting with two people one from the philipines and then marco I chatted with online to try other options of getting the cartridges the final conclusion is that the printer is fine.. it is printing out blank pages and we did allsorts of tests.. the printer is fine.. the conclusion is that it is the ink cartridge it self.. and since two times the mail carrying the ink cartridges arrived at my door a day late and both times they were missing the aqua seal that is placed on a new cartridges to stop ink from poring out… and both times neither of the ink cartridges work.. Something is very wrong and very criminal… it is a federal offense to tamper with the mail….

I need to have anything from staples be delivered with a tracking number to track its exact location and to track and to have a dated time I can verify the exact time it is delivered…. I think I am going to need to have a signature and id presented to the driver to ensure that my packages I am purchasing are actually getting to me from staples and not being intercepted or tampered with before I receive it… it is odd that both times the packages arrived day late… and both cartridges are missing the aqua seal … anyway I have filed a report with the USPS ( united states post office and will also make sure a report is sent to the police/sheriff so that charges/penalties and appropriate jail issued
I called the official staples telephone to once again try to find out what is happening to my mail and to the ink cartridges I needed by the 5th of October! that is why I ordered the first cartridge on the 3rd of October! I was supposed to arrive on the 5th of October and then when that was messed up I asked my mom to come over and she had to go to staples twice to attempt to get ink cartridges that worked… then I also waited when those didn’t work I was supposed to get the replacement ink cartridge in the mail on the 8th and it did not arrive until today(October 9th 2012) … Michelle from staples on the phone said it was delivered at 10:57am but nothing was in front of my door by 1pm…. When I checked at 6pm the package was in front of my door I brought it in … anxious to make up for lost time as I have had documents I have needed to print and send out since the 5th of October! …
This ins not funny it is criminal and I want the people involved stopped!….
